An Expedition of Talent and Success Jorge Leal ’07 is the proud owner of a Psychogenetic Assessment Company. The GENOVA Talent Mentoring Company unveils the potential talent within children, adolescents and adults in the area of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This psychogenetic assessment has the higher success rate internationally. And, his organization and the assessment have worked well with the students at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Leal, a TAMIU M.B.A. graduate, centers his practice on the ability to diagnose the psychogenic profile of every person under the
