Dear Underwood Families:
We are in the midst of the Wisconsin Forward
Exam for grades three, four and five. All
students will be assessed in the areas of Math
and English Language Arts, and fourth grade
will also include Science and Social Studies.
The week of April 8th begins National Library
Week. Be sure to stop by and thank Mrs.
Muellenbach for the wonderful new books we
have added to Underwood Library.
If you have not already thought to do so, please
consider donating your time and/or talents to
Underwood’s annual High Interest Day. It’s a
great way for students to experience different
kinds of learning which can include Police dog
training, rock climbing and cooking, just to
name a few. Contact HID chairs Kary Mirasola
or Joel Bucaro if you are interested in helping
out.
I wish you and your family a relaxing and
enjoyable Spring break!
Sincerely,
Jenny Keats

Our Character Trait for the month of April is "HUMBLE". When I'm humble, I stop thinking about myself and what I want and think about the feelings and needs of others. I accept that we are all humans and no one is better than anyone else. We all deserve to be cared for!
Fifth graders have finished their Academic and Career Portfolios. Invitations to the 5th Grade "Moving Forward" conferences have been
