communities in the Upper Valley.”

As the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission reported in their recent housing needs analysis;

“In the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission region, it is estimated that

between 3,800 and 4,600 new housing units will be needed between 2010 and 2020”

“…between 1,600 and 1,900 should be built with workforce needs in mind”

As the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission reported in their recent housing needs analysis;
