Notes:
1.) Project Completion for the purposes of this Form SCD is defined as “All constructionactivities completed, no additional impacts to traffic, and complete demobilization fromthe work site(s)”. Remaining paperwork (i.e. As-Built Drawings, close-outdocumentation, payments) may occur after the Project Completion date for the purposesof this Form SCD. The Project Completion Date, to be included in the DB Agreement,Article 2.3, shall be defined by the number of calendar days past NTP as proposed bythe successful Proposer and agreed to by the Department.
2.) Liquidated Damages will be assessed, in the amount indicated, for failure to achieveProject Completion by the Project Completion Date in accordance with Articles 2.3 and19 of the DB Agreement.
3.) Indicate the Traffic Impact Duration for each Project Component. Traffic Impact Durationis defined in ITP Appendix G.
4.) Liquidated Damages will be assessed, in the amount indicated, for each hour that Trafficis impacted, at each site, in excess of the Duration indicated in Tables SCD-2a thru 2c.
5.) Required completion dates for ramp superstructure work that requires a detour due toramp closures:
a. Ramp E superstructure Deck Work shall be completed before Sept. 30, 2018.b. Ramp C superstructure Deck Work shall be completed before June 1, 2019.c. Ramp M superstructure Deck Work shall be completed before Sept. 30, 2019.
In the event that the superstructure deck work remains incomplete beyond the datesidentified in this note 5, Liquidated Damages will be assessed in accordance with thevalues posted in Table SCD - 2a for each and every hour the work remains incomplete.
6) Tables SCD – 2d and SCD – 2e indicate maximum allowable traffic impact durations forwork requiring SB/NB I-87 lane closures or lane shifts. In the event all work remainsincomplete beyond the durations indicated or bid, Liquidated Damages in the amountsshown in each table will be assessed for each and every day or part of any day that alane closure or shift is required beyond the stated duration. Closures or lane shiftsassociated with Tables SCD – 2d and SCD – 2e are not permitted between the period oftime from November 15 through March 31 of any calendar year.
7) Table SCD - 2a closures shall be defined as follows:· A closure of any period of time regardless of duration shall be considered a full 54 53
hr closure for the purpose of counting the actual number of weekend closures utilized.

Exception; the Design-Builder will be permitted to evaluate and collect engineeringdata for the purposes of designing, planning, and constructing the work during non-peak hours provided no physical work of any kind is performed.

Stipulations are hereby given to the New York State Dept. of Transportation and its duly authorizedrepresentatives, , to enter upon and restrict the flow of traffic according to the timesand schedules as stipulated herein on the Highbridge Interchange Ramps C, E, M and sections ofadjacent ramps comprising the I-87 Major Deegan Expressway and I-95 Cross Bronx Expresswayinterchange for the purpose of rehabilitation together with all work incidental thereto, subject tothe following stipulations:
1. This permit shall be in effect as of

The Permittee may close one (1) lane (northbound) on the Major Deegan Expresswayunder the Cross Bronx Expwy to vehicular traffic on weekdays and weekends as follows:
A. 10:00PM to 5:00AM, Monday night to Friday morningB. 11:00PM to 6:30AM, Friday night to Saturday morningC. 11:00PM to 3:00PM, Saturday night to Sunday afternoon
The Permittee may close one (1) lane (southbound) on the Major Deegan Expresswayunder the Cross Bronx Expwy to vehicular traffic on weekdays and weekends as follows:

PARTIAL LANE RAMP CLOSURES (C, E, & M)
4. The Permittee may close a portion of the lane on Ramps C, E & M on weekdays andweekends as follows:
A. 11:00PM to 5:30AM, Monday night to Friday morningB. 12:01AM to 10:00AM, Saturday morningC. 12:01AM to 12:00PM, Sunday morning
5. The Permittee may close a 6-foot working area on Ramp C during the time periods listedabove. This closure shall be permitted but will require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane on tangentramp sections and a 22-foot travel lane on curved sections of the ramp at all times.
6. The Permittee may close a 6-foot working area on Ramp E during the time periods listedabove. This closure shall be permitted but will require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane ontangent ramp sections and a 22-foot travel lane on curved sections of the ramp at all times.
7. The Permittee may close a 6-foot working area on Ramp M during the time periods listedabove. This closure shall be permitted but will require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane ontangent ramp sections and a 22-foot travel lane on curved sections of the ramp at all times.
ONE LANE RAMP CLOSURES (A, B, C, D, E, & M)
8. The Permittee may close one lane of the two-lane tangent section of Ramp A betweenthe Major Deegan Expressway SB and the junction with Ramp M during the entire constructionperiod for work associated with rehabilitation work on Ramp A and Ramp M. This closure shallrequire maintaining an 11-foot travel lane on the tangent ramp section at all times.
9. The Permittee may close one lane of the two-lane tangent section of Ramp E between thejunction with Ramp D and the Major Deegan Expressway SB during the entire construction period.This closure shall require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane on the tangent ramp section at alltimes.
10. The Permittee may close one lane of the two-lane tangent section of Ramp E between theCross Bronx Expressway (SB) and junction of Ramp E and Ramp C during the entire constructionperiod. This closure shall be permitted but will require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane on thetangent ramp section at all times.
11. The Permittee may close one lane of the two-lane section of Ramp B between the junctionof Ramp B and Ramp M and the Cross Bronx Expressway NB during the entire construction periodfor work associated with rehabilitation work on Ramp M and Ramp B. This closure shall be permittedbut will require maintaining an 11-foot travel lane on the tangent ramp section at all times.

FULL RAMP CLOSURES (C, E, & M)
12.Ramp “C” from Ramp “E” to northbound MDE
The Permittee may fully close Ramp “C” from the split with Ramp “E” to the Major DeeganExpressway I-87 northbound on weekdays and weekends while maintaining the detour(see attached DTR-3 and DTR-4) for vehicular traffic as follows:
A. 11:00PM to 5:00AM, Monday night to Friday morningB. 12:01AM to 8:00AM, Saturday morningC. 12:01AM to 9:00AM, Sunday morning
13.Ramp “E” from split with Ramp “C” to merge with Ramp “D”
The Permittee may fully close Ramp “E” from the split with Ramp “C” to the merge withRamp “D” on weekdays and weekends while maintaining the detour (see attached DTR-1and DTR-2) for vehicular traffic as follows:

15. Complete roadway closure of the junction of Ramps “M” and “A” shall be permitted forconstruction related work approved by the Resident Engineer for fifteen (15) minute durations inforty-five (45) minute succession or until the traffic queue is relieved, whichever period is shorterbetween 12:01AM-5:00AM, Tuesday morning to Sunday morning. No other lane closures arepermitted on other ramps within the project area during the closures at this ramp junction orcombined ramp segment.
16. Complete roadway closure of the merge of Ramps “D” and “E” shall be permitted forconstruction related work approved by the Resident Engineer for fifteen (15) minute durations inforty-five (45) minute succession or until the traffic queue is relieved, whichever period is shorterbetween 12:01AM-5:00AM, Tuesday morning to Sunday morning. . No other lane closures arepermitted on other ramps within the project area during the closures at the merge location ofRamps “D” and “E”.
17. The Permittee may fully close Ramp “A” at the split with Ramp M for a continuous forty (38)hour period for three (3) weekends, while maintaining the detour (see attached DTR-7and DTR-8) for vehicular traffic as follows:
A. Full closure 12:01AM Saturday morning to 2:00PM Sunday afternoonB. No other lane closures are permitted on other ramps within the project area
during the 40-hour closure on Ramp “A”.
23.Ramp “D”
The Permittee may fully close Ramp “D” between the split with Ramp “F” and the mergewith Ramp “E” for a continuous forty (38)hour period for three (3) weekends, whilemaintaining the detour (see attached DTR-7 and DTR-8) for vehicular traffic as follows:
A. Full closure 12:01AM Saturday morning to 2:00PM Sunday afternoonB. No other lane closures are permitted on other ramps within the project area
during the 40-hour closure on Ramp “D”.
24.Ramp “C” (between junction with Ramp “E’ to Major Deegan Expwy northbound (I-87))The Permittee may fully close Ramp “C” for a continuous fifty-four (53) hours for five (5) fullweekends, (not with ANY other ramp closures in the project area) while maintaining thedetour (see attached DTR-3 and DTR-4) for vehicle traffic as follows:
A. Full closure from 12:01AM Saturday morning to 5:00AM Monday morning.25.
Ramp “E” between junction with Ramp “C” and merge with Ramp “D”The Permittee may fully close Ramp “E” for a continuous fifty-four (53) hours for thirteen (13)full weekends, (not with ANY other ramp closures in the project area) while maintainingthe detour (see attached DTR-1 and DTR-2) for vehicle traffic as follows:
A. Full closure from 12:01AM Saturday morning to 5:00AM Monday morning.
26.Ramp “M” between junction with Ramp “A” and Cross Bronx Expwy northbound (I-95)The Permittee may fully close Ramp “M” for a continuous fifty-four (53) hours for nineteen(19) full weekends, (not with ANY other ramp closures in the project area), whilemaintaining the detour (see attached DTR-5 and DTR-6) for vehicle traffic as follows:
A. Full closure from 12:01AM Saturday morning to 5:00AM Monday morning.
27. The Permittee shall coordinate lane closures on the ramps with the Port Authority of NewYork and New Jersey George Washington Bridge Operations Manager Julius Meadowbrook 201-346-4161.

28. This permit must be present on site when the approved work is being performed.
29. To reserve a lane or roadway closures on primary, secondary and local streets; thePermittee must obtain a separate permit from OCMC – Highways. OCMC – Highways will facilitateobtaining these “No Fee” permits. Permits for emergency and non-emergency work may beobtained by phone and facsimile to expedite the work. The Permittee or State representative mustcontact this office at least one business day prior to request and reserve a lane or street closure.This will reserve the street segment(s) for your activities and facilitate the issuance of theappropriate permits. The original permits may be picked up and signed within “seventy-two”hours.
30. Significant lane closures of Arterial Highways where at anytime two thirds (2/3) of thenumber of roadway lanes are closed between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM or fifty percent or more of theroadway lanes are closed at other times, notification shall be given to the public via theplacement of Variable Message Signs (VMS) 7 days prior to the actual closure, when possible.
31. This permit is not valid unless it is signed by both the New York City Department ofTransportation representative and the authorized representative of the Permittee.
32. Section 24 - 224, Administrative Code Variance is hereby granted for hours and daysstipulated above.
33. A “Holiday Construction Embargo” will be in effect on Gridlock Alert Days from mid -November (the exact dates will be published each year in the New York City Department ofTransportation’s OCMC yearly Holiday Embargo release, there are approximately ten (10)) toJanuary 2nd. During this period, no lane or ramp closings will be permitted from 6:00 AM toMidnight except by written permission from the OCMC. This stipulation supersedes all others in thispermit.
34. No staging and/or storage sites are authorized or will be permitted unless approved inwriting (where owned by New York City) by the New York City Department of Transportation’sDivision of Arterial Maintenance and/or the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (ifpark land is involved) or (where State owned) by New York State Department of Transportation withNew York City concurrence where applicable. Except for State owned sites where Cityconcurrence is not necessary changes in the site or limits can only be made by an amendment tothis permit as applicable. A detailed drawing must be submitted and will become an attachmentto the amendment. A DPR Permit shall constitute written approval from the Parks Dept.
The Department of Parks and Recreation’s conditions, terms and special conditions aspresented in their Permit # is an integral part of this Permit.
35. The Permittee agrees to assume all responsibility for injury or damages to private and/orCity property caused through the operations of the permit and to save and hold harmless the Cityof New York and the New York City Department of Transportation from all claims and suits whichmay arise there from.
36. The Permittee shall be responsible to provide notification to the local Community Boardand Borough President's Office prior to the commencement of work. Additionally, notification shallbe made to the local Councilman's office. Proof of notification must be filed with the OCMC priorto the commencement of work.
37. The Permittee shall notify JTMC at 718-391-0253 or 718-391-0583 prior to his/her proposedtraffic lane reductions or street closings for any purpose. The Permittee shall also immediately notifythe JTMC upon reopening and in the event of an emergency condition.

38. When events occur at Yankee Stadium, no lane or ramp closures will be permitted asnoted below:
A. FOR YANKEE STADIUM
a. From two hours before the event begins until one hour after the event begins, nolane or ramp closures permitted on:
· Major Deegan Expwy. - southbound.· Major Deegan Expwy. – northbound south of Fordham Road· Cross Bronx Expwy. - eastbound & westbound
b. From one hour after the event begins until two hours after the event concludes, nolane or ramp closures permitted on:
· Major Deegan Expwy. - northbound north of 151st St.· Cross Bronx Expwy. - eastbound.· Cross Bronx/Trans Manhattan Expwys. - westbound from Jerome Ave.
39. The Permittee shall adhere to all pertinent rules and regulations of the New York CityDepartment of Transportation relative to the use and occupancy of street space, the provisions ofhis agreement and the performance of his/her (or its) work.
40. The Permittee shall adhere to the NYCDOT Bureau of Bridges’ Special Provisions forLandscape Protection, Maintenance and Restoration, items 1.18.15 through 1.18.19, whenever andwherever any of the Permittee’s activities occur within a limited access arterial highway right - of -way. Copies of these provisions may be obtained from the New York City Department ofTransportation’s Director of Arterial Maintenance at 212.839.9875.
41. This Permit is limited to activity performed in conformance with this agreement with theNew York City Department of Transportation and does not permit any other activities, which couldbe a hazard or distraction to the roadway user.
42. No deviation or departure from these stipulations will be permitted without the prior writtenapproval of the New York City Department of Transportation. Requests for such modifications shallbe submitted to the OCMC a minimum of ten (10) days in advance for consideration.
43. To ensure a traffic flow at all times storage of materials and equipment shall not bepermitted within the traveled way of the highway. Storage areas shall be separated from thetraveled way by a clear space of 30 feet minimum width, unless such storage is placed behindconcrete barrier or permanently installed bridge railing.
44. BLANK
45. Any excavations shall be adequately fenced and/or decked over by the Permittee topreclude entry by errant vehicles, pedestrians or animals.
46. The Permittee shall insure that construction materials and/or excavated soil and rockstemporarily stored on slopes are secured by straw bales or other effective means to prevent theirmovement into the travel way and clear zone (recovery zone) area.
47. When work is performed in or adjacent to sidewalk areas, a safe pedestrian walkwayhaving a minimum width of five (5) feet shall be provided at all times by the Permittee.
48. Any commercial vehicles required by the Permittee's operations shall enter the Parkway atthe nearest entrance to an individual work site and leave the Parkway at the nearest exitthereafter. This Permit shall constitute permission by the Commissioner of the Department ofTransportation for the operation of a commercial vehicle "on a parkway" for construction purposes.The Permittee is advised that there may be HEIGHT and/or WEIGHT restrictions for structures on theParkway/Drive. The Permittee shall assure that his/her vehicles do not exceed these restrictions.

49. Concurrent with construction work of this contract, if other projects on this and/oradjacent highways are under construction then the Permittee is to become familiar with thescheduling of those projects and schedule his activities accordingly. To facilitate the flow of traffic,the permissible work hours may be modified as deemed necessary by the New York CityDepartment of Transportation with consultation with NYSDOT.
50. In order to provide an adequate transition for the safe flow of traffic, when the Permittee's(or another Permittee's) work sites are in two (2) different lanes in the same direction, those worksites shall be separated by a distance of at least two (2) miles.
51. Warning signs and traffic safety devices shall be provided, installed, maintained andremoved by the Permittee in accordance with the New York State Department of Transportation’s"Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices". The Permittee shall provide the appropriatechannelization for traffic approaching and leaving his/her worksite. The Permittee shall provideflagpersons, cones, barricades, etc. as required for public safety. The Permittee is responsible forthe adequacy of the safety devices.
52. When water is being used at the work site for any purpose (i.e. concrete curing, sawcutting, etc.), the Permittee is required to insure, through any and all appropriate measures, thatthe water does not freeze on the roadway or sidewalks. The Permittee will be responsible tomaintain a clear and safe travel path.
53. During the time a lane closure is permitted, the Permittee may intermittently stop traffic onthe adjacent lane(s) of the same roadway for periods not to exceed five (5) minutes in duration forthe purpose of transporting or securing equipment that may extend beyond the closed lane(s). Aminimum of one (1) hour, or until the traffic queue is relieved, whichever period is shorter, isrequired between any two such closures.
54. Operation of a crane, derrick, shovel or other similar equipment for any and all work withinthe streets shall be carried out by the Permittee in accordance with the Rules, Regulations andRequirements of the New York City Department of Transportation and the New York CityDepartment of Buildings and shall comply with all provisions of the New York City Noise ControlCode. In addition, if this equipment is to be placed so that any part of the load will besuperimposed on the sidewalk or roadway, the Permittee must file, with the New York CityDepartment of Transportation, Office of Construction Mitigation and Coordination, a statement bya Professional Engineer, licensed by the State of New York, certifying the following;
(a) That the sidewalk or roadway area and the supporting subgrade can safely bear thecrane load. Should the condition of the sidewalk or roadway area require that thecrane load be distributed over a larger area than afforded by the elements of the crane,the engineer shall furnish the full dimensioned details of the load distribution;
(b) That the Engineer has taken all necessary measures to ascertain that there is no vault orsubway tunnel underneath the sidewalk area or that if a vault or subway tunnel doesexist its roof is sufficiently strong to support the load to be superimposed thereof;
(c) That the sheeting or retaining walls supporting any excavations adjoining the sidewalk orroadway area required to carry a load have been examined by the Engineer and havebeen found to be sufficiently strong to support the area carrying the crane load. Shouldthe crane be employed making any excavation adjacent to the crane, the Engineershall specify the sheeting or retaining wall reinforcement required to support the crane.

55. A Holiday Embargo is in effect for the Holidays (as determined by the New York City Officeof Payroll Administration) with the following provisions:
When a Holiday falls or is observed by the City of New York on a Monday or Friday no lane or rampclosures are permitted from noon on the previous business day to 6:01 AM on the following businessday. For example if the holiday falls or is observed on Friday then no lane closure would bepermitted from 12:01 PM on Thursday to 6:01 AM on Monday. If the Holiday falls or is observed onMonday then no lane closure is permitted from 12:01 PM on Friday to 6:01 AM on Tuesday. Inaddition when a Holiday falls or is observed midweek (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) no Laneclosures shall be permitted from noon on the previous business day to 6:01 AM on the followingbusiness day.
The Holiday Embargo as detailed above, is in effect for the following Holidays: New Years Day,Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.Note: for Thanksgiving Day the Embargo begins on Wednesday at 12 noon and extends toMonday 6 AM, at which time the original stipulations shall be in effect.
A special embargo is in effect for the following holidays: Eve of Rosh Hashanah, Eve of Yom Kippur,Eve of Passover. No lane or ramp closures permitted from 1:00 PM to sundown.
56. Work cannot be performed during the New York City 5 Boroughs Bike Tour and the NewYork City Marathon, unless granted special permission by the New York City Department ofTransportation, Office of Construction Mitigation and Coordination.
57. The Permittee shall comply with the Industrial Code of the State of New York Part (Rule No.)53 relating to Construction, Excavation and Demolition Operations at or near undergroundfacilities. Additionally, the Permittee shall similarly notify the owners of overhead cables or otherelectrical or street lighting equipment in the area covered by the Permit.
58. The Permittee is reminded that the appropriate Rules and Regulations that apply to thecleaning and painting of structural steel must be rigidly followed, as specified by NYSDOTSpecifications.
59. When a contractor performs work at night, the work site shall be illuminated to thesatisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge (EIC). The EIC shall be the sole judge of when illumination isrequired.
60. The contractor shall be responsible for identifying his/her construction signage. Theidentification shall include the contracting agency, the contractor's name and the contractnumber. This identification shall be placed on the back of all signs.
61. The Permittee shall, at its own expense, be under absolute obligation to determine thelocation of and provide protection from damage or loss for all subsurface facilities and overheadstructures in the permit area. In the event of any damage or loss to such subsurface facilities andoverhead structures, the Permittee shall promptly replace or repair such facilities and structures, asdirected by the New York City Department of Transportation or other City agency havingjurisdiction thereof or by the owner thereof.
62. The City makes no representation as to the character of the fill in the streets, and voidstherein, or the condition of the sidewalks. The Permittee accepts full responsibility and liability forany disturbance or damage, which may be caused to adjoining pavements, sidewalks orstructures by or in connection with the permit activity. All damaged sidewalk or roadwaypavements shall be restored (to the nearest full flag for sidewalks) in conformance with theStandard Specifications of the New York (City/State) Department of Transportation.
63. The Permittee shall furnish and install tarpaulins enclosing the immediate site of his cleaningand painting operations to insure complete protection of the general public and property, both onand below the roadway against possible damage from scraping, paint drippings, wind blownpaint, dust, concrete, etc. This permit does not constitute approval of either painting or paintremoval methodology. All signs and signals shall be protected daily with clean and transparentcoverings.

64. The washing of concrete truck drums within the Arterial Highway or city street right - of -way is strictly prohibited unless the contractor utilizes the New York State approved method.
65. ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS UNIT (EIU)
Construction Stipulations to Prevent Damage to NYC Electrical Equipment
(a.) The NYCDOT Office of Construction Mitigation and Coordination (OCMC) - Highwaysmust be contacted at telephone number 212-839-9643 or fax number 212-839-8970 atleast two weeks prior to the commencement of any work so that a pre-constructioninspection may be performed. If any repairs are made by NYCDOT EIU after the pre-construction inspection is performed, EIU shall notify OCMC so that the item(s) may bedeleted from the inspection list.
(b.) NYSDOT will provide the NYCDOT Electrical Inspections Unit with a weekly scheduleprior to the commencement of any excavation work, i.e. trench excavations,landscaping excavations such as for tree or bush pits, all other excavations, guiderailinstallations or any other installations involving drilling or the use of Hilti-bolts, or anyother event when the earth gets moved on all highway surfaces, including grade leveland elevated roadways, ramps, overpasses, paved and non-paved shoulder portions,over or adjacent to electrical lines, on or adjacent to the roadway, includingexcavation on shoulders both paved and non paved surfaces.
(c.) Accessibility to, plus a three-foot minimum clearance, must be made available at anystreet light, traffic signal or ITS pole, panel box, junction box, ITS system or camera, orany other NYC electrical systems equipment.
(d.) NYCDOT will provide routine maintenance to lights in construction areas.
(e.) The contractor shall perform all work with care so that any materials which are toremain in place, or which are to remain the property of NYC will not be damaged. Ifthe contractor damages any materials which are to remain the property of NYC, thedamaged materials shall be repaired or replaced in a timely manner, approved bythe NYCDOT Electrical Inspections Unit, and at no cost to NYC.
(f.) In the event of damage to electrical lines, including but not limited to electricalconduit, street light poles, pull boxes, panel boxes, junction boxes, cameras, or anyother NYC electrical systems equipment on or adjacent to all highway surfaces,including grade level and elevated roadways, ramps, overpasses, and paved andnon paved shoulder areas, notice must be made to the Chief of the NYCDOT/EIU attelephone number 718-786-2825, or 24-hour emergency number 718-433-3340, at thetime of such occurrence. An EIU inspector will be dispatched to evaluate anddocument the condition and coordinate the necessary repairs. NYSDOT will conductany trouble-shooting work. The permittee shall be permitted to conduct the necessaryrepairs without delay following notification to NYCDOT. If an EIU inspector is not ableto respond to the jobsite when the repairs are being performed, NYS will providepictures and/or other documentation to confirm that the appropriate work has beencompleted.
66. The Permittee's vehicles shall not exceed the posted weight and/or height restrictions forany street, highway, bridge or viaduct section that he/she must travel upon.
67. During the snow season, the contractor shall be required to post “LIFT PLOW” signs at alllocations (in both directions if necessary) where they have installed steel plates.
68. Roads used for the hauling of materials shall be kept free from debris and maintained bythe Permittee and left in a condition satisfactory to the engineer-in- charge (EIC).

69. On roadways/streets where rush hour parking and/or standing regulations are posted, thePermittee shall modify his schedule to conform to those (rush hour) restrictions.
70. The Permittee shall not park his equipment or store material overnight where it is deemedto be a safety hazard to the traveling public.
71. The Permittee shall not obstruct fire hydrants, crosswalks, pedestrian ramps, fire alarmboxes, bus stops or any public utility while performing his/her work. The Permittee may not move orremove “Bus Stop” signs without prior written approval from both the New York City Department ofTransportation and the New York City Transit.
72. This is not a parking permit. The Permittee shall obey all traffic laws and regulations.
73. This Permit may be amended to cover new or unforeseen conditions at the discretion ofthe New York City Department of Transportation, after consultation with the Permittee. The NewYork City Department of Transportation reserves the right to cancel this permit at any time for anyvalid reason.
74. This Permit, unless terminated at the discretion of the New York City Department ofTransportation, will expire on .
