APSFL APP
Tap on “APSFL
Surveillance” application
icon in the dock.
Application launched and
display the “Splash” screen
Note: To use the application,
needs active Internet/WiFi.
SPLASH SCREEN
Splash screen is displayed
for 3-sec and automatically
navigates to “LOGIN”
Screen.
LOGIN SCREEN
Enter registered Mobile
Number and tap on
“LOGIN” button, It
navigates to “OTP” screen.
OTP SCREEN
Enter OTP and tap on
“Verify” button, It navigates
to “LANDING” screen.
Note:
Default OTP: 12345
LANDING SCREEN
Landing screen is displayed
with below features

WORK-IN PROGRESS
Pre-Cast Details
LANDING SCREEN
Tap on “WORK- IN
PROGRESS” button, It
navigates to “Selection”
screen.
SELECTION SCREEN
Selection screen is
displayed with below options.
Rural
Urban
SELECTION SCREEN
Tap on “Rural/Urban”
button, It navigates to
“Details” screen.
WORK PROGRESS SCREEN
Select
pole with single camera /
pole with multi cameras
Enter RPF Number To
search a particular detail.
Select the RFP number for
the particular pole to be
installed
RPF number, Type of
camera, camera location,
and camera status are
prefilled
Details for status update
at different stages of work
progress of installation are
displayed.

Select “yes “ for digging
after the digging is
completed
Click on camera Icon to
take a digging progress
photo.

Photo will be displayed
for submission

After photo of digging
displayed , scroll down the
page and tap on “SAVE”
button to save the digging
details
A prompt message for
successful DATA
SUBMISSION is displayed.

Search for the RFP number to
submit the details and tap on
the detail to enter and submit
the progress.

Tap on yes / no for
earthing completed and
precast and re-filling
installation
tap on photo icon to
submit the photo details.

Photo will be displayed
for submission
tap on “SAVE” button
to save the digging details

to submit the details and tap on
the detail to enter and submit

photo of installed pole

save the details.

DETAILS SCREEN
After successful
submission of work
progress data a pole ID will
be created to the respective
installed pole.
WORK PROGRESS SCREEN
Select pole with multi cameras
Detail of the cameras to be
installed with respective RFP
numbers are displayed
DETAILS SCREEN
Enter number of cameras to
be installed per pole
Tap on a camera detail,
A prompt message will be
displayed indicating the RPF
number already linked, if the
number is linked with some
other pole.
DETAILS SCREEN
Tap on camera details tagged
with RPF numbers to select
them.
A prompt message will be
displayed if you click on “save
RPF num” when the selection
count is more than the cameras
count.
Tap on clear button to clear
the selection
Tap on save after selecting
RPF numbers that matches the
defined cameras count.
DETAILS SCREEN
A pole ID is generated with
the selected RPF numbers.
Prefilled details i.e., type of
camera, camera location and
camera status are displayed.
WORK PROGRESS SCREEN
Select yes / no in
digging one details to
submit digging status.
Click on camera Icon
to take a digging
progress photo
WORK PROGRESS SCREEN
Photo will be displayed for
submission
