Energy Saving: energy saving for a minimal cost per kilo flattened, technologies used require low electrical power. This result is obtained thanks to our cylinders.Avoid flour and fines affecting the digestibility of the cellulose present a risk for ruminants (imbalance of the PH of the rumen, harmful, acidosis).

Better value of grains: cattle particles 2 to 4 mm can pass the barriers sort of digestive system of the cellulose component (reticule-omasal orifice) the grain is found intact in the faeces (huge loss to the breeder).

The flattening flaking break the grain cellulolytic wall and allows bacteria the access to the kernel by assuring the digestibility. Grains are valued at best.

Roll to increase digestibilityand reduce fine

Profitability: the current breeder should minimize food costs while improving the performance of his herd. The rolling mill allows to value at best cereal and protein crops produced locally. The rolling mill produces a dry flake. Digestibility: rise of the digestibility of the grain, of + 18 in + 20 %, the high pressure (3 in 15 tons) between both cylinders modifies molecular structure of the starch by "cracking" in small molecules more digestible and soluble (amylose and amylopectin).

Reduction of fine: The low speed of rotation removes unwanted friction and limits a maximum of fines. Allows to use protein crops, oleaginous plants rich in fats (colza, soya, lupine, sunflower.
