Obtaining waterWater is extracted directly from the sea

The water is cleanded with filters

Oxygen is added to the sea´s water in varying amounts depending on the needs of turbot

Reproductive turbotsThey start the chain of production and they

lay eggs

Hatchery

At this stage turbot is raised in tanks from one month and a half of life

Ongrowing

When turbot reach five months it is moved to other tank where it is fed with fodder

Turbot goes through diferent tanks until it fatten up to 3kg, then is ready to be sold

At the end the water is returned to the sea in perfect conditions
