ROSYTH MASTERPLANAfter a decade of collaborative master-planning with Fife Council and significant private investment, Scarborough Muir Group (SMG) are spearheading the £500m regeneration of a 120-acre site in Rosyth. In an act of faith and commitment to the area, SMG have invested several million pounds removing the former Ministry of Defence oil fuel tank farm and bunker.
