Introduction

The Arabic alphabet is written from right to left. There are 29 consonants and 6 vowels (3 short

vowels, 3 long vowels).The 3 long vowels can be vocalized hence they

become consonants.

Introduction

In this session, we will learn mostly some consonants and the three long vowels which will help us in the pronunciation of some Arabic words.

It will be helpful to practice saying each new word we learn so that students would learn individual sounds progressively.
