Conclusions
Ankylosing Spondylitis patients had sustained positive effect of a 4-weekrehabilitation program both in a Mediterranean and a Norwegian setting
The improvements in health status scalesand spinal mobility measures were largerand better maintained at least 3 monthslater in Mediterranean setting.
Significantly better results in Mediterraneanspa centers at 16. weeks
