There are 6 NCAA Regulation Sand Volleyball Pit Courts also fenced in with a perimeter grass berm and synthetic surfaced perimeter concrete walkway. The facility has a bricked Restroom building serving the complex in a centrally located area. The restroom building also has drinking fountains and a towered multi-head shower. There are 2 fully fenced natural grassed Intramural Softball Fields, 2 Intramural Soccer Fields, and 1 Intramural Cricket Field with a synthetic turf covered concrete pitch. Building was constructed of a load bearing Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) system, exterior wall finishes are a combination of cementious ICF wall coating system and thin brick veneer. Roofing consisted of a hipped red standing seam metal panel system along with a single ply system on a flat sloped area in the rear of the facility. An air cooled chiller with multiple scroll compressors will service the building along with Direct Digital Controls (DDC) System for each HVAC equipment. Interior finishes consist of ceramic tile flooring, wood look vinyl planks and carpeting. A full commercial kitchen directly serves the lounge/bar, while a back of the house pathway to the meeting rooms was provided. The kitchen provides zones for storage, preparation, cooking and cleaning. Other amenities include a walk-in cooler and freezer and employee lockers. Buildings 2713, 760 and 3786. This project renovated 79,964 square feet of existing building space, demolished 5,875 square feet of substandard space and constructed 9,400 square feet of new warehouse/shop space. Building 2713 – The renovation of this hangar included modifications to the structural steel allowing the restoration of the existing hangar doors, interior and exterior painting, repairs to the electrical, power and lighting, repairs to the existing fire suppression system and the addition of AFFF, and an Interior Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System and roof repairs. Building 760 – This is a historic hanger renovated by modification to the structural steel and building skin allowing restoration of the existing hanger doors, repairs to the existing fire suppression system and the addition of AFFF, addition of an Interior Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System, repairs to the existing electrical, power and lighting system, interior and exterior painting, and repairs to the existing plumbing and restrooms. This project also includes the demolition of 5,875 square feet of inadequate warehouse space to be replaced with 9,400 square feet new pre-engineered metal building for warehouse/shops space on the west side of the hanger. Building 3786 – The renovation of this storage building included repairs to the existing metal roof, electrical, power and lighting systems, repair to the building exterior finish, the addition of overhead doors and interior and exterior painting, and addition of an Interior Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System.
