Arc Interior Solutions Ltd, established in December 2006, has seen rapid growth to

become one of the leading contractors in the provision of building services

throughout the UK’s private and public healthcare and education sectors.

The company continued to expand and on 1st March 2011 Danielle Whitehouse

FCCA, who has nearly 20 years of accountancy and audit experience, was appointed

as Financial Director. During February 2012 Les Bridgwater was appointed as

Contracts Manager having over thirty years of building experience. October 2012

saw the appointment of a Commercial Director Charlotte Smith, BSC (Hons), who has

over eighteen years’ experience in the construction industry.

All our Operatives have a relevant trade qualification and either City & Guilds or

equivalent NVQ Qualification to Level 3. All Operatives are CSCS Card holders or,

where they are new employees, are working towards attaining CSCS registration

within six months of commencement. All of our Operatives have extensive

experience of working within the healthcare & education sectors; the average site

experience across all Operatives is ten years. We have a large number of trusted

suppliers and subcontractors.

Managing Director Kevin states:

FINANCIALSThe company are pleased to confirm our financial statements for the year ended 31

December 2015 reported turnover of £1.7m. The company has seen a continued

improvement in its turnover and profitability due to its valued employees, trusted

suppliers and subcontractors followed by the determination to provide an excellent

Recover, a division of Arc Interior Solutions, provides re-upholstery services for consultation and examination beds, nurse stools, reception seating and anything else that needs upholstering. We have experienced upholsterers who attend with fully equipped vehicles to recover equipment, whilst on site, in any colour.

PROJECTSRed Roofs Surgery, Nuneaton, Warwickshire

To date Arc Interior Solutions Ltd have refurbished 5 consultation room at this busy

GP surgery in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This is based on a cyclical programme

completing up to 3No. consultation rooms annually. These works include new

cabinetry, new worktops, flooring, decorations, electrical works and blinds.

In 2015 the practice partners acquired the adjoining pharmacy in order to construct

additional consultation and treatment rooms for their expanding practice. Following

the tender process, Arc Interior Solutions Ltd were appointed Principal Contractor to

undertake the following:

Riverside Surgery, Evesham, Worcestershire

Arc Interior Solutions Ltd were appointed by Joe Icke, practice Manager at Riverside Surgery, Evesham, to construct 2 single storey extensions for the provision of four consultation rooms, a treatment room and a conference room.

Earl Spencer Primary School, Northampton

Following a tendering process with Northampton

County Council, Arc Interior Solutions Ltd were

successfully appointed as principal contractor to

undertake the refurbishment of the school kitchen.

This contract included the installation of Altro

Whiterock hygenic wall systems; new stainless steel

catering units, worktops and surfaces, catering and

cleaning sinks; vinyl safety flooring, coved at the

perimeter; mechanical and electrical installations;

CCTV; decorations.
