About UsArch Interior Decoration LLC, a sister concern of Emirates Focus LLC, established in the year 2003, has completed multitudes of projects in the field of Fit- out, Joinery and MEP services.

We…Design the project and obtain approvals from various Government bodies which includes Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Tecom, Concordia, DMCC, Trakhees, Dubai Healthcare City etc.

Our highly qualified team of Designers, Engineers and Technicians are well experienced in the fields of Fitout, MEP and Joinery works for Hospitality Industry, Commercial Office Space, Retail Shops and Homes. We have the advantage of handling all activities in-house. For the client, this means “Single point of contact under a single contract”.

The Joinery factory, the pride of our organization, is well reputed for the quality of work and execution of complicated designs.

A dedicated maintenance team under qualified engineers is available 24/7 to take care of all emergencies and routine & periodic maintenance. The service is free for a period of one year from the date of handing over.

4This restaurant was built in 2006. It is our first design and build contract for a restaurant. And is the culmination of our experience gained over the years from sub-contract jobs for MEP and fitout works in various upmarket restaurants.

Couqley is a highly reputed brand in Beirut Hospitality market. The owners wanted to open a French Bistro restaurant in Dubai. The premise they finalized in Jumeirah Lake Towers had a low ceiling. Because of the low ceiling, the design and execution of MEP works became a daunting task. Our experienced team of designers and engineers persevered and came up with the ideal layout. The outcome is a beautiful restaurant that is now a very profitable establishment

8It is an upmarket Italian restaurant located in Masdar City. Masdar City is a planned city project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Designed by the British architectural firm Foster and Partners, the city relies on solar energy and other renewable energy sources. The city is designed to be a hub for cleantech companies. We designed this restaurant meeting all applicable regulations for green buildings.

9The owners visualized the restaurant as a fusion relaxation café. The menu was a mix of English, Continental, Lebanese and Chinese cuisines. The color theme inside the restaurant is garish with a mix of pink, orange and turquoise which makes it uniquely charming.

11Zenises is a multinational company headquartered in the United Kingdom, with offices in the UAE, South Africa, Germany and Spain. Our task was to provide a design that is modern + archaic with a corporate look and feel but providing individuality for each department. Elegant use of wall paneling with careful selection of decorative molding & wooden paneling elements created a fresh and unique look for the company.

Oman Insurance Company (PSC), or OIC, is one of the leading insurance solutions providers in the Middle East. The below photos are related to our first project with OIC for setting up their new office in Abu Dhabi. It is one of the most difficult projects that we executed. The three floor office that they selected was in a bad condition. When the order was placed, OIC had to vacate their existing premise and shift to the new location within 60 days. We handed over the project 3 days before the deadline.
