THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS ARCHER BAHARI commits to all of its Clients that our Partners will thoroughly investigate the
requirements for each assignment taking into consideration the Role Specialisation, Working
Environment and Culture, Business Expectations and Key Deliverables for the role. Using our
extensive market knowledge, our professional Partners will make recommendations which
may assist further in a successful outcome. Following this detailed Job Brief will be compiled
and agreed to ensure a uniform and consistent understanding of our Clients’ expectations.
LEAVING NO STONE UNTURNED TO IDENTIFIED POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES ARCHER BAHARI utilises direct approach and headhunting skills to identify Candidates. This
means we do not wait for people to come to us from databases or online job / contact sites.
Our skill is in identifying the location of individuals who would have the criteria required by the
role. Using our extensive network of respected business professionals, we investigate possible
skilled people and include any attractive talents into the process. By using this proven method

WORLD CLASS SCREENING METHODS Every potential Candidate is screened against the Job Brief to ascertain their suitability for the
assignments. Once a ‘long list’ is formatted, our trained Partners, make every effort to carry
out a face-to-face, competency based interview with each Candidate. We place particular
emphasis on their levels of achievements, how they have led a business, strategic decision
making, ability to impact and adapt to change, and areas of development should our Clients
engage them as their employee. Once a shortlist is formulated, we present our Clients with a
report on each individual with recommendations on why they should be considered for the
role and the value they can add to an organisation.
As added value to the hiring process, we can also offer our clients a Job Suitability profiling.
This gives our Clients a detailed report on the strengths and development areas of selected
individuals, how they will interact with their peers and subordinates as well as personality
traits.
CONTINUED SERVICE To help relieve our Clients from the burden of the hiring process, ARCHER BAHARI commits
to take the lead in arranging interviews and assessments, keeping all parties updated on
assignment progress and working with our Clients to present any offers and inform those who
have not been successful. We can also assist Clients with background and reference checks to
assist in the correct hiring decision.
The ARCHER BAHARI experience does not finish there. We stay in contact with the successful
Candidate for at least six months after they have commence employment to safeguard against
any issues which may affect ongoing integration of the new employee into the organisation.
