SECTION I - ARCT 101 This course is designed to provide students with the tools and vocabulary to analyze, interpret, and discuss the built environment from the social, historical, perceptual, and technical determinants. The lectures and assignments introduces me to the elements of current and likely future directions of architecture from experiential, aesthetic, structural, functional, and historical perspectives.

SECTION II - ARCT 104 This course is designed as an introduction to architectural drawing and design for students without prior experience in the fine arts. We were guided through a series of spatial and analytical exercises that focus attention on not only how architects draw, but also the reasoning and processes embedded within the technique.

SECTION III - ARCT 290 This course was designed to give students field experience in Sustainability and Preservation. We spent 8 days in Chicago, Illinois touring the city and meeting with various people who spoke about the different aspects of Sustainability and Preservation in the city.

SECTION IV - ARCT 170 This course was designed for students to become more familiar with various computer software that would be used in the field of Architecture such as AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. We designed solar shade structures and a recreation building for the New Mexico State University and Dona Ana Community College campuses.
