ARGUS CEMENT HEAD FEATURES
Replaceable Bottom Sub:

Argus Quik-Lok design provides fast , positive connection and reduces operator error.
Quik-Lok Cap and Bottom Sub may be used as a circulating swage.

2 15000 PSI Hammer Union c/w Lifting Hook in Cap.
Manufactured from forged or wrought alloy steel.
Hydrostatically pressure tested to 150% of MAWP.

1 With Locking Device (Item No.4) pinned in the UP position , line up the red slot on the Cap
(Item
No.2)
or the Main Body (Item No. 1) with the red slot in the Main Body (Item
No.1)
or
the Bottom Sub (Item No.3) .
2 Lower the Cap (or Main Body) onto the Main Body (or Bottpm Sub). ' NOTE: BE CAREFUL
NOT TO DAMAGE THE SEAL
IN
THE CAP OR MAIN BODY.
3 Rotate the Cap (or Main Body) 45 clockwise .

Remove the Safety Pin (Item No.5) from the Locking Device and drop the Locking Device G
into the red slot on the Main body (or Bottom Sub).

Install the Safety Pin and Hitch Pin (Item No.6) into the lower hole in the Locking Device in
the LOCKED position. NOTE: THE CAP (OR MAIN BODY) SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO
ROTATE N EITHER DIRECTION .
