success.

• Developing is too slow and expensive due to lack of competition» Supporting for new processes are hard to build » Technical architecture is old fasion and technically systems need to be renewed

• Suppliers are strong and keeping strong positions. » Market share on two main supliers are over 80 %» There is no room for new innovatibe suppliers which would like to cover existing

functionalities in system

• On going projects renewing information systems» APOTTI-project (1,6M citizen, 25% of population)» UNA – (3,9M citizens, 70% of polulation
