This document explains how to update a Supplier Profile and Supplier Profile Questionnaire (SPQ) in Ariba SIM (Supplier Information Management module). Ariba is a cloud-based B2B market where buyers and sellers can find and trade with one other.

When Will I Use This Information?

Follow this process whenever performing Supplier Profile maintenance or updates.

1. Select Click Here in your invitation email to access or register your account

2. Select Sign up or Log in to access Ariba

Note: If you are a new user (aka, not registered) with T-Mobile Ariba SIM, you must click Sign up to register. This will direct you to the page below. After completing the necessary details, click Submit.

3. Enter your User Name and Password and click Login

UPDATING YOUR COMPANY PROFILE

1. Once logged in to Ariba, click Go to Company Profile

2. Go to the Customer Requested tab to access the T-Mobile SPQ

3. Click on T-Mobile USA to open the SPQ

4. Once the requested profile appears (as seen below), complete the survey, making sure to fill outall required information completely. Required fields are marked by an asterisk (*)

5. To save your information, click Save as Draft. This is useful if you need to leave the profile page orare planning to finish and submit at a later time.

6. After satisfactorily completing the form, click Submit to update your changes.

7. After submitting, the Company Profile screen will appear, indicating that your profile has beensuccessfully updated.

8. When finished, click Close to exit.

FILLING OUT & UPDATING THE SUPPLIER PROFILE QUESTIONNAIRE (SPQ)FOLLOW THESE TIPS TO ENSURE YOU GET PAID!

1. Accurately complete all questions & requirements in the questionnaire to prevent anypotential interruption during the payment process

2. Check your address! T-Mobile will not pay the supplier if the remit address on their invoicedoes not match the remit address in T-Mobile customer requested fields

3. Upon completing the requested profile, only click Submit once

4. After submitting the profile, click X in the upper right-hand corner to close the window

5. The profile will not show up as 100% complete as not all questions are mandatory to fill out.Don’t worry; this is fine

6. It typically takes 3–5 business days for approval. The system notifies the supplier onceapproved; otherwise, Supplier Enablement or Accounts Payable (AP) will reach out to the provider ifthe profile requires changes
