GENERAL RECCOMENDATIONS:

Improving syllabi of higher education to make them job oriented and practical.Monitor institutions’ labs and infrastructure.Communication skills training by colleges.Each technical institution to tie-up with industries and give occasional excursion and training under them.Encourage students to undertake more projects.Career counseling by the institutions.

CENTRAL BODY FOR STUDENT DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT(CBSDE)

THE CBSDE WILL BE FINANCED BY THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.

THE BODY WILL BE DIRECTED BY EMINENT EDUCATIONISTS WHO WILL HAVE AN IDEA ABOUT HOW THIS BODY SHOULD WORK AND THEY SHALL STRIVE TO MAKE THIS BODY MORE EFFICENT.

THE BODY WILL COMPRISE OF TRAINED PROFESSIONALS, VOLUNTEERS & RETIRED PROFESSIONALS ALREADY EXPERIENCED IN VARIOUS FIELDS.

STUDENTS WILL FILL UP A FORM WITH THEIR PREFERENCES AND BIO-DATA.

THE BODY WILL BE BRANCHED OUT INTO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS LIKE ENGINEERING, MEDICAL, DIPLOMA, IT, ARCHITECTURE.ETC

THE CBSDE WILL HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH EVERY COLLEGE AND COMPANY IN INDIA.

CBSDE WILL ALSO AFFILIATE WITH TRAINING INSTITUTES LIKES MSME, CTTC, IGTR, NIIT AND SUCH OTHER PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTES.

CBSDE WILL ENCOURAGE RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT.

PEOPLE ALREADY EMPLOYED CAN APPROACH THE CBSDE TOO.

OPPURTUNITIES OF INTERNSHIPS,TRAINING, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THIS BODY TO INTERESTED STUDENTS.

CBSDE WILL CONDUCT ITS OWN COURSES AS WELL.

CBSDE WILL KEEP CHECK ON ANY MALPRACTICES LIKE PARTIALITY, DISCRIMINATION BASED ON RESERVATION, GENDER & RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN OFFERING INTERNSHIP TO STUDENTS.

AN ANNUAL REPORT WILL BE GENERATED CONSISITING OF THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS ENROLLED, THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS ALLOTED INTERNSHIPS & THE NUMBER OF JOBS GENERATED.

MANDATORY TRAINING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SOFT SKILLS LIKE ENGLISH SPEAKING, GD, PI & OTHER COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

EVERY COLLEGE BRANCH OF CBSDE WHICH WILL MANAGE AND COMMUNICATE BETWEEN THE STUDENTS AND CBSDE IN AN EFFECTICE MANNER.

SYSTEM OF WORKING OF CBSDE

1. ACQUIRING VACANCY DATA FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES & ORGANISATIONS.

2.SUBMISSION OF STUDENT APPLICATIONS. STUDENTS WILL FILL UP A FORM AS PER THEIR CHOICE OF INTERNSHIP/TRAINING AND SUBMIT IT TO CBSDE ALONG WITH THE ORDER OF PREFERENCE OF COMPANIES & ORGANISATIONS.

3.SORTING OF APPLICATION.

4. ALLOTING STUDENTS TO THE RESPECTIVE COMPANIES & ORGANSIATIONS. CBSDE WILL INFORM THE STUDENTS ABOUT THEIR ALLOTMENT AS PER THEIR ORDER OF PREFERENCE.

5. FORWARDING THE LIST OF STUDENTS TO THE RESEPCTIVE COMPANIES & ORGANISATIONS.

6. UNALLOTED STUDENTS SHALL BE TRAINED BY CBSDE WITH PROFESSIONALS FROM VARIOUS COMPANIES AND PROFESSIONALS FROM CBSDE ITSELF.
