GEOTHERMAL HEATING & COOLINGis sourced from underneath the hill in which the building is nestled; the barrel storage area in production can easily bene�t from passive, geothermal temperature regulation because it is physically built into the hillside

SHADING SCREENA double layer system of wooden screening,along with the roof overhang, provides avisual connection back to production whileshading against the harsh western sunlight

RAINWATER COLLECTIONprovides the 200,000 L of fresh water needed torun the winery, using 3,000 ft2 of standing seamstainless steel roo�ng to drain the water into tanks
