This vacancy has come about due to a career move for our previous headteacher. Webelieveitpresentsauniqueopportunityforahighlytalentedandinspirationalleaderwhowillconstantlyreflectonandimprovecurrentpracticeandhaveavisiontoachievemore.

The schools are in a reasonable financial situation andwill havea sharedbudget for the
2016/2017 financial year. However, like most schools, governors anticipate increasing

StaffingStructure
Both schools are led on a day to day basis by Heads of School and the current ActingHeadteacherwasdrawnfromwithinexistingstaff.TheSENCoworksacrosstheFederation

Subject leaders are within each school, but we have developed a

Job Title: Executive Head Teacher Responsible to: The Governing Body and St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust Responsible for: All teaching and support staff Salary: LH2 Range 8 – 18 Working Pattern: Full-time Disclosure Level: Enhanced OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Working with the Governing Body and the St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust the Executive Head Teacher will provide professional, strategic leadership, and management across the Federation to ensure that the highest standards of child-centred education are provided for pupils in a safe, secure environment and thus secure the success of each school. The Executive Head Teacher is accountable for the education of all pupils and will ensure that all pupils benefit from the highest quality education and strive to achieve the highest standards.
Working with the Governing Body, the Executive Head Teacher will lead, develop and motivate all staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the schools. The Executive Head Teacher will aspire to lead All Saints C of E Primary, from good to outstanding and maintain Beer C of E Primary as outstanding.
