Interactive ExperiencesWeb DevelopmentCanon experienced an overwhelming number of returns on HD camcorders over a year period. Rapid Research showed this was due to a knowledge gap in HD technology itself.
We created the Canon HD Guru - a trustworthy and respectable digital friend who was there to teach about the medium and the product line. Through education and trust, his job was to stabilize returns.
Returns on HD Camcorders were down 18% almost immediately. The site continues to live with updated products added often.
