    Mr. Rajesh Arora (Vice Chairman)

    The strong foundation of Mr. Rajesh Arora (Vice Chairman), Arora & Associates Realty Ltd.

    was laid down some 28 years back within the boundaries of Delhi Public School. Soon after

    picking up his degree from Delhi University he joined hands with his legendary father in the

    family owned highly specialized business of real estate consultancy.

    28 years of passionate hard work made him won big accolades not only from the Indian industry but

    also from the MNCs. His core area of specialization remains real estate investments but encompasses

    investment in public sector units, industrial development, capital markets and investment promotion.

    It was his vision & business acumen, which saw the metamorphosis of Arora & Associates Realty Ltd.

    from a father-son team into a professional organization with 60 strong professionals associated with the

    company. He is dynamic ever innovative and a perfectionist , who has travelled all over the world to

    study the real estate developments.

    Besides his extremely busy schedule, Mr. Rajesh Arora also takes keen professional and personal

    1947- Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. starts its journey with sale of office space to HitkariCycles Ltd. in Mumbai and New Delhi.

    1961-1970 Lease of Residential Bungalows on Kautilya Marg, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri,in New Delhi

    to English Electric Company and many more.

    1971-1980 Sale of Burma Shell House to ECE Ltd. Arranged lease of space in the same building to IFCI

    (21,000 sq.ft.), Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and Punjab National Bank

    Introduced concept of multi-story buildings in New Delhi with Akash Deep at Barakhamba Road &Himalaya House at Kasturba Gandhi Marg

    Thereafter, started sale of first series of building like Surya Kiran, Himalaya House, Ansal Bhawan in

    Connaught Place & pioneered sale of buildings in Nehru Place, Rajouri Garden, Janakpuri, MilanCinema Complex and many other commercial areas

    Provided retail space on long term lease to Bata India Ltd. and assisted in the shifting of the FoodCorporation of India office from Chennai to New Delhi by arranging for office space in DefenceColony, New Delhi.
