Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Dean Krutty, Arotech Corporation’s President and CEO, will be presenting at the B. Riley & Co. 19th Annual Investor Conference on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at3:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The conference will be held May 23-24, 2018 at Lowes Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, California.
