Overview A luxurious retreat at the finest resort in Vail. This 4 bedroom with 5 bathroom residence was professionally decorated with a European theme throughout.

A team of master craftsmen added to the charm with the addition of a beautiful wine cove, media center, stone fireplace, and stone and wood accents

throughout. The residence is approximately 4,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 8 guests with traditional bedding and up to 10 utilizing trundle &

Murphy beds. It offers unparallel views of the ski runs, the Glockenspiel clock, ice skating rink, and The Arrabelle Square.

Living Area One of the unique design features of The Arrabelle are the octagon towers. The living area of this residence is located in one of the towers and provides a

240 degree view of the Vail ski slopes as well as a bird’s eye view of the charming Arrabelle village Glockenspiel, the ice skating rink, the fine restaurants

and charming shops. The stone fireplace is a focal point of this room. The living room is furnished with custom E. J. Victor furniture and the hand painted

French curio cabinet holds many items of interest as well as vintage glassware. The flat screen TV with lift is hidden in an antique cabinet while not in use

so you can enjoy the view. The surround sound and DVD library of movies is perfect for entertaining.

Dining Room The dining and cocktail tables were hand crafted in Italy from solid walnut and the dining table base features hand forged iron stretchers. Painted vintage

dining chairs in French linen with silk plaid backs create a comfortable dining experience for up to 8 people. The stunning hand crafted wine cave, built

onsite by master craftsmen, offers the ultimate in convenience and enjoyment for the wine connoisseur.

The dining area balcony offers beautiful views of the ski runs and cozy outdoor seating.

Kitchen The spacious commercial kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art small appliances, handmade multi-color dishware from the country side of France,

Villeroy and Boche glassware, All Clad cookware, and a variety of cookbooks. Every last detail was included right down to a Espresso machine which

makes Cappuccino, Latte, and Espresso.

The outdoor balcony located just off the kitchen offers a dining table with seating for six, commercial gas grill and overlooks the ice-skating rink and ski

mountain

Media Room/King Bedroom The media room has it all. This room can serve a dual purpose and be used as a media room during the day and a king bedroom at night. The large sec-

tional offers a chaise for comfortable viewing of the 52” flat panel HD 1080p TV with surround sound including a Blueray DVD player. Located behind

the sectional and covered with custom wood paneling is a full size king Murphy bed. It houses an exceptionally comfortable mattress just like those in the

rest of the house.

The suite is complete with a private bathroom..

This room also has a desk space equipped with a Sony Laptop, Printer/Fax machine, and an array of office supplies. In addition the room is stocked with

an assortment of family games to enjoy during your stay.

Guest Master Suite Turret The Turret offers a built-in window seat which offers a comfortable place to relax while watching the gondola making its way up the mountain side. The

chandelier is hand painted and from Switzerland.

Twin or King Guest Bedroom The twin guest bedroom is a favorite for the younger guests and can also be combined to create a King Bed. It is decorated in a warm mocha brown with

cream painted four poster twin beds. All of the bedding and window treatments are custom-made. This room offers a twin trundle to accommodate a third

guest in this suite. This room offers cozy seating on each side of the flat screen TV with reading lights. The built-in wall cabinetry is finished in mahogany

tones.

The bedroom suite offers a large private bathroom.

Guest Master Suite with private entrance The residence also offers a very large guest suite that can be accessed via the main residence or via a private entrance. This space can accommodate up to

four with its king size bed, full size Murphy bed and French Daybed.

The King tree/twig bed is draped in linen with blue and red accents which is warm and inviting yet fun and fresh. The architecture of this room features an

additional fireplace and another 240 degree view of the Arrabelle village from the turret. A custom armoire made from antique doors from Belgium holds

the Flat Panel HDTV system. This suite has another full size Murphy bed which features a vintage Swiss provincial painted panel done in the faux bois

style. The built in refrigerator/morning kitchen makes this area a comfortable family oriented space.

Guests also enjoy a private balcony with outdoor seating.

Master Bedroom The master bedroom is a warm comfortable space with views of the interior courtyard and views of the mountain. The back drop for the fine furnishings

is a custom wall faux finish in mocha and brown and highlighted with a dusting of gold.. All of the bedding and the window treatments were custom-

made. Lying across the foot of the king poster bed by E.J. Victor, from the Julia Gray Collection, is a full size llama fur throw for those cold winter

nights. Other pieces in the room are by Maitland-Smith and Pierre Deux. A Pierre Deux armoire houses the large flat screen TV. The corner is occupied

by an antique French daybed upholstered in French linen and accented by tapestry and silk pillows. Overhead is a tole chandelier in the provincial French

style with antique cream and gold paint on metal.

The master is complete with a beautiful spacious master bathroom offering a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, heated floor, and flat panel TV.

In addition the bedroom suite has a large walk-in closet.
