What students say about Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge and the English beer culture…
I really enjoy studying in Cambridge as a vibrant study environment. There are lots
of things to do and lots of restaurants and bars to visit. Unfortunately I am not a
big fan of English Ale or really strong beer, so I would definitely welcome
something new and less strong!
Maureen, 25
Anglia Ruskin University is a great place to meet people from all over the world and make new
interesting friends. I am not a fan of the beer in England since most
of them are too bitter for my taste.
Jacob, 24
Celine, 22
After a hard day of studying, I like to hang out with the guys and watch football while having a Guinness in the pub.

Personality Lager beer, as the essential
element de8ines the traditional perceiption of
taste
In context with Anglia Ruskin University, we have decided to create a mixture of traditional lager beer blended with prickly orange flavour and a tastefulness ginger note, with an alcohol percentage of 2.8, all combined in the so called ART bier.
Anglia Ruskin Taste
The high number of female students at our university welcome the thought of developing a new refreshing beer experience, meeting the demand for a less strong and bitter taste. Due to the fact that female beer drinkers in Cambridge, including ourselves, do not have a wide range of beer choices with fruity or sweet flavours, we had the idea of combining a lager with a remarkable and intense taste adventure.
