Zill silobags are used to weigh down

and seal the silage cover. All models

of silobags by Zill are exclusively

manufactured from high quality and

virgin HDPE. Recent weaving technology

and strict quality controls ensure a steady

weave, a maximum UV-stability and a

long and useful life.

Our silobags guarantee a complete sea-

ling of the silo edges. By placing the bags

approximately every 5 meters across the

silo, the silage cover becomes an additio-

nal fixation.

The silobags fix each other in place by

the supporting sleeve system quick’n fix.

The handling of the bags is improved by

handles, loops and strings.

Helpful device for rolling up different

films and useful as a storage

rack. The films are put on

two holding pipes and are secured by

locking pins. The massive base frame

made from galvanised steel ensures

a stable standing.

The maximum load of the upper

pipe is 1.000 kg with a maximal

calibre of 900 mm. The lower pipe

can bear up to 500 kg with a maximal

calibre of 450 mm. The maximal core

length is 2.800 mm.

Small, puncture holes caused by birds,

animals with claws or other external

sources, can be repaired easily and

fast with Zill PVC repair-tape. It is

characterized by its strength, flexibility

and adhesive power.

Optimal protection for your stored grain

Hygienic regulations require that stored

grain has to be protected against

pollution from birds, dust and other

material. These regulations can in many

cases only be met by covering the grain.

The solution: PolyTex®-grain protection

PolyTex® is permeable to air and due to

As an alternative to an indoor storage of

grain PolyTex® provides a possibilty to

protect woodchips outdoor from wind

and weather. PolyTex® is permeable to

air, water-repellent, tear-resistant and

considerably less sensitive to wind than

The fleece largely drains off the rain along

its surface and keeps the woodchips dry.

Because of its breathability, the moisture

inside the woodchips can dry off. Also the

high UV-stability and the life expectancy
