INTRODUCTION: Bermuda triangle is also known as the “Devil’s triangle” is one the biggest mystery of the world in the western part of the north atlantic ocean where a number of aircrafts and ships are said to have disappeared.

AREA OF TRIANGLE: This triangle coversthe three vertices ,inmiami ,florida peninsula;in san juan,puerto rico and in the mid-atlanticisland of bermuda. The total area of thetriangle varrying from 500,000 to 1,500,000 sq.mtrs.

REASONS ON THE MYSTERY: There were several reasons which are said

on the mystery .some of the main reasons are1)Magnetic/Compass Variation: It is one of the popular reasonbehind many incidents happened inthe triangle. Magnetic declination of angulargap between true north and magneticnorth & high magnetic activity&energy causes compasses to spirt and confuse the navigators as they depends on compass.

2)Gulf Stream: It is the major

surface ,primarily driven by circulation that originates in the gulf of

mexico and then flows straight of florida by two splits. In the two northernstream and southern stream,theships where vanished due to thenorthern flow of gulf stream asthe floating objects having the surface velocity of upto 2.5 m/s.

3)Rague Waves:

In various oceans around the world,rague waves makes

immbalance of the ships&damages them and makes them to sink in the ocean.Especially in the north atlantic oceanthese rague waves were considered as a huge

predecessors which occur by the storms,cyclones,earthquakes,etc..,

4)Violent Weather: Tropical

cyclones are powerful storms

which forms in the

tropical waters and have historically cost of thousands of lives and lost & caused billions of dollars in damage.

5)Methane Hydrates: For some of the disapp--earances it was said that the presence of large fields of me--thane hydrates a form of gason the continental shelves. Methane Hydrate bubblesmakes waves in the ocean.Itreduces the density of waterand this the ships to sink down.

6)UFO’s[Unidentified Flying Objects]:

Many scientists thinkit is a place where the aliensCame to collect human orTheir technologies. The triangle is the major place where all the aliens meet and capture human specimen and take back to their planet to study.

7)Superstitions: There are also many conspiracy

theories about the Bermuda Triangle.Some are Alien abductions Crackens and Other sea monsters Death rays from The Atlantis Time wraps

INCIDENTS TO BE NOTICED OF TRIANGLE:

There are several incidents happened in the

triangle.Some of them areellen austin: A derelict ship placed on board and

attemptedto sail with it to New York in 1881 has been

disappeared.USS CYCLOPS: A US Navy which is not related to combat occurred cyclops carry a full load of manganese ore

and then it went missing with a trace.

Torpedo bombers that disappeared on December 5,1945

While it was over north atlantic.

STAR TIGER: G-AHNP Star Tiger a flight was

disappeared onJanuary 30,1948 while it was going from the

azores to the Bermuda.STAR ARIEL: G-AGRE Star Ariel a flight was

disappeared onJanuary 17,1949 while it was going from

Bermuda toKingston,Jamaica.

CYCLOPS KC-135(a flight)DOUGLAS DC-3(an aircraft)CARROLL A.DEERING(a ship)KC-135 STRTOTANKERS(an aircraft)CANNOMARA IV(a yacht)SS MARINE SULPHUR(a sub-marine) and also many more

incidents happenedand a number of ships and aircrafts had

disappeared.

CONCLUSION: The Bermuda Triangle is an unsolved mystery.Even scientific research does not have the answer to

thequestions about the triangle. It is impossible to describe all the

hypothesisexplaining mysterious events in this research

work,whichtake place in Bermuda.It’s the mystery which excites

the brains of many people and sometime it will be

revealed.
