The packed room became half empty when he stepped on the stage as the crowd pushed to the front and crammed themselves together in an effort to be as close as possible to Christofer Drew. A sea of eager hands marked with black sharpie filled the air and Chris Drew effortlessly led the crowd in song from his seat. Familiar

songs blended with new favorites and choruses were sung in unison. A string section accompanied some songs enhancing and emphasizing the amount and quality of musicianship that went into crafting the

pieces. The songs were a mixture of folk music, easy listening, and old fashioned rock & roll. Never Shout Never started out as Christofer Drew’s solo project, but has now transformed into a full band operation and you can clearly hear it in their performance. The playful crowd made being in Webster Hall’s Marlin Room like being on a multi class school trip; bringing strangers who happen to share common interests together in laughter and song.

Throughout the night the crowd made it clear that they weren't only there to sing, dance, and have a good time. They wanted to see some skin! Always willing to please Chris removed his shirt and Taylor, Hayden, and Ian followed. What was once a solo project had become a full band and they solidified their union through nudity. !

!Never Shout Never's new album ‘Black Cat’ comes out this summer and you can see them perform this summer on the Vans Warped Tour. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disney remade Cinderella making it more contemporary and starring human beings. Unlike sketch Cinderella flesh Cinderella doesn't force mice to wear clothes and shoes. She also isn't as helpless and has much more self-esteem. Lily James made a wonderful Cinderella on

and off screen, and her costar Richard Madden was an excellent Prince Charming. During their Apple Store SoHo Q&A

in NYC we learned that they did their own stunts and that unfortunately the castle was completely movie magic. You can watch and download the full Q&A on iTunes in the podcast section under ‘Events at the Apple Store’.

The iHeartRadio Theater slowly filled as the time before Ne-Yo appeared on stage flew by. While some contest winners were told the show would begin at 7pm others arrived later thinking doors were at 7pm and the show began an hour later. When Ne-Yo finally took the stage to perform at his belated album release show, despite the confusion, the theater was packed. The show was originally schedule for the day his album ‘Non-Fiction’ was released, but NYC was shutdown that evening because of a snowstorm. In between old and new songs Ne-Yo answered questions from radio personality Angie Martinez and addressed the in person, radio, and internet audiences. He was joined on stage by four of his

'Ms Rights,' a nickname he uses for his backup dancers. He remarked that he always travels with at least four. Throughout the high energy dancing and jumping filled night he sang to and with the crowd while battling through a cold. Before the night came to an

end he went into the crowd and took photos with folks in the front row. !Check Ne-Yo’s Twitter and Facebook to see where you can see him perform next.

A small group of young adults were waiting in line at Webster Hall when the block it's rooted to flooded with smoke. A building in the east village had caught fire and collapsed making the already gloomy rainy day even more somber as more details about the building fire were shared. As the smoke began to fade a group dressed in black made their way down the block. Though their faces were shielded from the smoke by scarves it was obvious that the Veronicas had arrived. When Lisa

and Jess reached the line they greeted and hugged everyone as if they finally met up with old friends. Whether or not the Origliasso identical twin

sisters truly remember everyone they meet is under speculation, but there is no doubt that the love they show for their fans is genuine. They talked a little about what their performance would be like that night and thanked everyone for showing up. Their special performance was announced on their Twitter and Facebook, but only those lucky enough to get tickets were given the address and show time. Fifty pairs of tickets were distributed by sending an email to the address they gave in a Facebook post and then

waiting to see if you were picked to attend. During the five song show they acknowledge their US absence, praised the FDNY for their courage during the building fire, cursed their former label Warner Bros. Records, and cheered their new label which is under Sony Music Entertainment. Webster Hall’s Marlin Room was filled with the love of old friends and new friends that came to support and celebrate their new album and record label. Though their current album ‘The Veronicas’ was released in 2014 because of the lack of US promo for casual Veronicas fans, and people who remember them appearing and disappearing around 2006 at the height of their US popularity it’s as if the album was just released.

The Veronicas will be traveling all over the United States playing mini shows and making appearances through June. Follow them on Twitter and like them on Facebook so you don’t miss out on their comeback.

The opening of the doors to the Gramercy Theatre were delayed and as people walked by The Plain White T’s song ‘Hey There Delilah’ kept coming up in conversation. !"Oh yeah!, hey there Delilah”

"Do you think they'll play it!”

"I hope they'll play it!”

"Are they gonna play it?” !When Tom stepped on the stage solo and started to play it everyone joyfully sang along. Thankfully he got it out

of the way by playing it early in the show making sure there would be no more mention of it during the rest of the show, allowing the night to be about showcasing the new songs. The

Plain White T’s album ‘American Nights’ had finally been released almost a year after it was originally supposed to be released. The new songs are folkier as well as more acoustic in style than their usual heavy electric guitar sound. On their previous album ‘Wonders of the Younger’ Tim had a few songs he wrote, and now in addition to more of Tim’s songs being on the new album Dave has written a song on the new album as well. !The Plain White T’s will be wasting their summer opening up for Rob Thomas.
