INTRODUCTION TO ATRIA, HAWTHORN?

John’s thoughts on the development:

“Hawthorn is one of those inner urban suburbs that has been a prime location since the development of Melbourne from the early 1980’s.

Today Hawthorn is an eclectic mix of inner urban activity with charming family lifestyle amenity where old and new come together with great style. With its beautiful leafy streets Hawthorn has mansions dating back to the gold rush days amongst modern family homes, old townhouses and lovely apartments.

Considering the way a major population base develops into a major metropolis Hawthorn and its real estate will continue to be keenly sought after by both owners and occupiers.

In addition to all this fantastic amenity, Glenferrie Road is inundated with business, retail, entertainment and a thriving dining precinct that has everything from fish and chip shop’s to the finest dining restaurants.
