• Founded in 1976
• Approximately 1480 students
• Grades 6-8
• Named after Arthur Vining Davis (May 30, 1867–November 17, 1962), American industrialist and philanthropist.
• He had ownership or control of some thirty Florida enterprises ranging from dairy farms to resort hotels. The Arvida Corporation donated the land on which Arvida Middle School was built. School name Arvida established (from ARthur VIning DAvis).

Uniforms can be bought from any uniform vendor, department store or clothing store as long as it meets uniform criteria.

education teacher during the first day of classes.
School Transportation
Students living more than two miles from theirhome school will be eligible for District-providedbus transportation. Students who attend schoolout of their home school zone will not be eligiblefor District-provided transportation.
Private busses are available, however theschool does not recommend any transportationcarrier. The bus companies are on site duringthe first day of school passing out flyers andcards.
