2.1 Activities & Services Description

Includes series of installation processes ranging from fitting devices and accessories to air-conditions, ventilators, air-purifiers , to reconditioning and maintaining the old units, cleaning air ducts, fixing fans, fabric filters, sound dampers... etc. It also involves installing air-sterilizers in foodstuff cold stores, kitchens, hospitals, laboratories, animal breeding and husbandry rooms, electronic plants, any facility that requires highly purified air or air with specific gas concentration.

Includes assembling and testing, whether on site or elsewhere, for mechanical and electromechanical equipment and machinery utilized in workshops and factories, also, energy generators, boilers, cold compartments, coolers, central kitchens, automatic laundries…etc.

Includes fixing water pipes at home and sanitary installation such as washbasins, bathtubs, lavatories, tapes, spigots, and bathroom and kitchen articles.

Includes the provision of advice and assistance as well as overseeing and managing the facilities owned by others and licensed by the competent authorities, such as clubs, parks, private, hospitals, industrial and commercial facilities, as per the prevailing laws and regulations, these firms are neither allowed to provide the manpower to such facilities, nor to engage in the activities of maintenance and cleaning.

Includes maintenance of buildings only, excluding any equipment or extensions available inside, such operations include restoration and reparations of roofs, columns, walls, floors and others.

Includes firms which provide interior, exterior and outer areas cleaning to residential buildings and governmental and professional premises , it excludes providing domestic workers who perform as cooks, gardeners, housekeepers, laundress, caring for children and elderly…etc.

Includes firms which carry out cleaning of oil, natural liquefied gases (NLGs) or water tanks, tankers and tanker vehicles etc. These services include collecting and disposing of hazardous wastes.

Includes firms take care of residential units when owners are in long absence, involving gardening, landscaping, bills payment….etc.

Includes the implementation of extension cords and electrical cables in buildings and civil construction, and includes the work of installation of switches and points of nutrition, distribution panels and other devices and fixtures necessary to connect the power supply off and on, also includes this activity to carry out repair those extensions.

After receiving your call our Sales team will visit the site and carry out the site survey and the quotations will be forwarded to you accordingly with all the terms and conditions. Once we have your acceptance for our quote, the contract will be prepared and forwarded to you for signature.

We currently provide the following services

→ Office Cleaning

We undertake the cleaning of your office premises which will be done before or after office hours as per your convenience. Trained cleaners will be working Under the supervision of our Area/Site Supervisor to clean the offices so that when clients staff come for duty they will find clean offices.

→ Residential Buildings

We undertake contract cleaning for the residential building public areas Including the car parks.

→ Day Cleaners

We provide male and female day cleaners for the office buildings, retail Outlets and they will attend the public areas, utility areas and pantries during the day. We also maintain the cleanliness of all the areas during working hours.



→ External Glass & Cladding

We undertake cleaning of the external glass and cladding of any building Using the access equipment provided by the Client with our well trained Window cleaning team. The above services will be available on contract As well as one off basis also.

→ Office Boys

We provide staff as office boys, who will carry out filing, Photocopying, serving coffee and tea to the client's guests and inter office distribution of documents. The office boys will know basic English and will read and understand the instructions.

→ One Off or Call Out Service

AME has specialized and trained teams who are equipped with a mobile vehicle and can cater to all your cleaning requirements.

The general cleaning services will be provided to the residential villas, apartments and offices, which may be required whenever there is a change of residence or offices. Also the services will be provided after the construction activity to clean the buildings.

This division is staffed by experienced carpet and upholstery cleaning operatives using European machinery and chemicals, with both dry foam and extraction machines. Before commencing work carpets and/or upholstery are checked for cleaning suitability.

We can also provide one off/call out service for external glass cleaning of the building, marble crystallization and floor polishing (Mosaic or PVC)

The management of "ASAP" has setup a quality control plan that represents the company quality policy. This plan has been setup in order to meet the requirements of codes, standards and regulations governing the project specifications.

"ASAP” quality control policy prepared based on the fact that

(Plan is the main tool required to overcome any potential negative consequences) in order to achieve a confidence level for the end product our quality plan is to focus on the followings:

Regular inspection, testing and professional site supervision. Implement full documents control system for all project activities. Early problem detection to facilitate timely corrective action and avoiding potential

schedule delays. Implement a strong organization chart that can deal with the project technical

requirements and company quality control policy. Implement detailed time schedule which should match the project base time

schedule.

One of our tasks is to provide site mobilization equipped with suitable material storage area, site work shop for site fabrication activities & site office as per each project requirements.
