1 OBJECTIVE The objective of the acceptance test is to ensure that the functionality of the IP-DECT and/or

UNITE Messaging, that is installed, complies with the expectations of the customer. The IP-DECT Installation Checklist should be completed to record that the system configuration conforms to established installation standards. This document should also act as a final check procedure for the installation team.

2 PREREQUISITES The prerequisites for beginning the acceptance test are listed: a. Installation documents have been completed. b. All switch rooms and coverage areas are accessible. c. Spare equipment is accessible.

d. Availability to company LAN. e. Availability of the following documentation: - Site-specific document with Base Station locations

- Cable records - Technical Product Manual IPDECT - Appropriate User Manuals

f. Customer training - Customer has received or made arrangements to receive technical

training for AWS applications. Technical training conducted in an approved training facility only.

- Customer has received or made arrangements to receive on site user training
