Jeena Aravind, MS (Ay) organized an exclusive 2 dayprogramme named “Rithu Sameeksha” aimed at an in-depth discussion on menstrual disorders which are very common in ladies.Arthavadushti commonly reported in sthreeroga on proper analysis results from various nidanas attributing to various samprapti .The correct management of Arthavadushti can be administered only if the samprapthi ghatakas are precisely considered, hence Rithusameeksha discussed the subject in detail with a panel of medical experts.

The Department of Kriyaa Shareeram & Rachana Shareeram jointly organized “Shaareera Sameeksha”on 20th to 24th September, 2016 for highlighting an intensive learning programme on Ayurvedic biology. Rachanasareeram and Kriya sareeram are taught mainly through their parlance to the modern anatomy and physiologyrespectively. Lack of clarity in ayurveda subjects has resulted in this lacuna. For proper dissemination of these ideasin depth, understanding of Sareera sthanam is required. Learning the subject to the core and teaching itsapplication in clinics still remains as an untouched area in academies and Shaareera Sameeksha hopefully will act as aprimary step to solve this scenario.

SHAAREERA SAMEEKSHA

A 5 day residential programme on Ayurvedic Biology

Ashtamgam Ayurveda Chikitsalayam & Vidyapeedham adding a golden feather to the existing crown is

proud to transfer the excess power generated from the solar panel installed at the campus to Kerala State Electricity

Board marking an era of historial importance on 4th April, 2015. Thrithala MLA Adv. V.T. Balram officially

announced the programme.

Highlights :

Currently 60 Unit electricity is being generated through solar panel. If the consumption is less than the unit

generated, it automatically transferred to the Electricity board Grid. During the month of May 2015, Ashtamgam

is proud to generate 1680 units of Electricity from Solar panel and were able to transfer 416 units to the KSEB

which is highlighted.
