nIn Aspect 3 we have reserved 200 en suite rooms in 4 or 5 bed apartments on a nomination agreement for University of Sheffield students.
Aspect 3 is located only a few minutes’ walk from the Students’ Union, which has been voted number one in the UK in the Times Higher Education Student Experience survey for the seventh year running. Aspect 3 is also closely located to the Information Commons (I.C.), other University accommodation and local shops, bars and restaurants.
Facilities in your apartment
Each apartment shares a kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchens are fully fitted and provide plenty of fridge and freezer space, plus a microwave and a dishwasher.
The living/dining areas are furnished with a coffee table, breakfast bar, leather sofa, comfy seating and a wall mounted 37” television.
High speed internet is supplied in all bedrooms and the cost is included in the rent. Free WiFi is also available in the common room.
All deluxe en-suite study bedrooms include a three-quarter size bed and double rooms include a double bed. Both are furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of draws and a notice board.
En-suite bathrooms are fitted with a vanity sink unit with electric towel rail, shower cubicle and w.c.
On site facilities
CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day and all students have a 24 hour contact number in case of emergencies.
All entrances are secure, each study bedroom has a door viewer and every apartment is fitted with a door entry system.
Aspect 3 provides an on site launderette with both washing & drying facilities.
The common room is the focal point for residents to meet up and socialise. It features a pool table, Xbox, comfortable seating and a large 50” plasma screen TV.
There is limited parking at Aspect 3 and cycle storage is available.
Contractual terms
• Contracts are for 42 weeks, starting 19 September 2015 until 9 July 2016.
• Rent is £116 per week for a deluxe en-suite or £119 for a double deluxe en-suite.
• £150 deposit is payable with the first instalment of rent and is held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme deposit scheme for the duration of the contract.
• A non-refundable £50 reservation fee is to be paid at the time of booking.
• Full terms and conditions will be provided with your accommodation contract which is provided by Aspect 3.
• Rental payment dates are 10 September 2015, 9 January 2016 and 3 April 2016.
• All utilities and contents insurance are included in the rent.

Your Residence Life experience includes a huge range of exciting events, activities, sports and skills development opportunities on offer throughout the year. Your Residence Mentor is here to provide extra support while you settle in and help to organise events, activities and sports.
If you live here, you will need to pay the £35 community contribution and then collect your Residence Life key fob. For students who are living in private self-catering accommodation such as this, we are not able to do this automatically as part of your contract.

Customer Services
Should you need any help or advice, you can contact the Customer Services team at reception. Reception is open Monday to Friday between 9am-5.30pm.
Mail boxes for each flat are located in the reception area and keys for the mail boxes are available from reception upon residents’ arrival. Large parcels are stored at reception and students are notified when they are ready to collect.
