Employer InformationThe Aspire School Apprenticeship programme aims to provide schools with an enthusiastic member of support sta�. Aspire specialise in training apprentices that provide classroom, physical education or administrative support.

Bespoke training enables apprentices to support pupils academic and physical development.

Apprenticeships present a fantastic opportunity for local young people to work and learn at the same Time. This enables them to gain valuable experience whilst completing a qualification that prepares them for a future a career in education.

Employing an apprentice provides schools with an extremely cost e�ective way of increasing the number of support sta�.

School Apprenticeships o�er a genuine career pathway in the education sector.

Research has shown that an increase in school support sta� is strongly associated with improved student attainment (TDA, 2010)

RecruitmentNewSchools can have total autonomy over the recruitment process just like recruiting any other member of sta� with added support from Aspire if required.

Or...

ConvertCurrent sta� members trained to Level 1 or below or eligible for conversion to an apprenticeship. Schools may also be aware of a volunteer, parent/family member who would be perfect for the role and benefit from full time employment.
