Asset Management Delivery ModelUGL's asset management delivery model has enabled clients to see an increase in asset availability, dependability and safety performance that makes for a better service than their own end-clients. With that said, let's take a look at the asset management deliver model!

UGL's project delivery and implementation model provides comprehensive control and support services through the entire lifecycle of an asset. It consists of 10 phases that include:

The End-To-End Delivery Model

1. Engineer2. Construct3. Fabricate4. Manufacture5. Commission

6. Operate7. Maintain8. Supply Chain & Technical Services9. Refurbish & Upgrade10. Decommission

The first phase of the asset management methodologies starts at engineering. UGL delivers solutions for every phase of the engineering process that's specific and customized to meet the client's requirements. From concept design to detailed design to simulation development, advanced engineering techniques sets the foundation of the project.

The next phase of the asset management delivery model includes constructing the design. By using robust planning paired with efficient procurement, UGL can ensure the construction delivery model is aimed to achieved the aligned outcomes for the client.

Construct

The third phase of the delivery model is the fabrication stage where UGL supports both the manufacturing and construction activities by collecting the raw materials needed to complete the project.

Fabricate

The fourth phase goes hand-in-hand with fabrication as the manufacturing phase combines capabilities across the entire company to meet the most demanding user requirements.

Manufacture

Commissioning is the most critical phase to the life of any asset and it involves a series of vital checks prior to operation to mitigate risk and to ensure the asset meets performance goals.

Commission

After the asset has been fully delivered and commissioned, it's ready to enter the operation phase. UGL trained technicians will provide support to ensure reliable operation after the asset is ready to be transitioned over to the client.

Operate

Assets will require regular monitoring and care to make sure it retains reliable and efficient performance. Long-term maintenance service extends the life of the asset to maximize investment and dependability.

Maintain

In order to maintain sustainable asset performance, UGL provides an extensive range of spare parts and technical support to help in the efforts of strategic maintenance and component replacement activities.

Supply Chain & Technical Services

Overtime, you may demand more from your asset and UGL can offer asset refurbishment and upgrade services. This can extend the life of the existing plant and/or equipment, which is a major cost benefit when you can restore and salvage asset capabilities instead of starting from scratch.

Refurbish & Upgrade

The last phase of the asset management delivery model is the decommission phase. All infrastructure assets have a finite economic life and UGL has the ability to restore the site to greenfield status in an environmentally-friendly manner.
