About Google……..Google Inc. is an American

multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products

Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were Ph.D students at Stanford University

They incorporated Google as a privately held company on September 4, 1998

Google’s Mission Statement

Google’s mission statement is “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.” Ever since its beginnings, the company has focused on developing its proprietary algorithms to maximize effectiveness. Google continues to focus on ensuring that people access the information they need.

Google’s mission statement is parallel to the company’s vision statement.

The mission statement has four variables, namely, world’s information, organization, universal accessibility, and usefulness.

The firm fulfills the world’s information component by crawling webpages.

Google also fulfills the universal accessibility component of its mission statement by offering its services worldwide. Therefore, Google effectively follows its mission statement.

Google’s Vision Statement

Google’s vision statement is “to provide access to the world’s information in one click.” The company’s nature of business is a direct manifestation of this vision statement. For instance, Google’s most popular product is its search engine service.

This product enables people to easily access information from around the world.

The firm fulfills the world’s information component of the vision statement by crawling webpages.

The company maintains databases containing indexes of these websites. Google fulfills the accessibility component by offering its search engine services to everyone around the world.

All professionals when combined together in a systematic manner formulate a hierarchy that is categorized on the basis of power, authority and decision making efficiency a professional in-holds in the Google company.

This categorization is broadly done in 3 levels – the first one in-hold all the administrative level professionals while middle one in-hold executive level officials and at the end are operational professionals. 

The three levels in Google company hierarchy are explained as below in brief in a manner of chronological order means the highest one in the hierarchy is placed at the top while the lowest one is placed at the end.

Mountain View, California, is referred to as "the Googleplex", a play on words on the number googolplex and the headquarters itself being a complex of buildings

The lobby is decorated with a piano, lava lamps, old server clusters, and a projection of search queries on the wall

corporate recreation center. Recreational amenities are scattered

New York City

In 2006, Google moved into 311,000 square feet (28,900 m2) of office space in New York City, at 111 Eighth Avenue in Manhattan.[

The New York headquarters is similar in design and functionality to its Mountain View headquarters, and includes a game room, micro kitchens, and a video game area. As of February 2012, a significant engineering team is based in New York City.

 As of September 2013, Google's East Coast office is located at 76 Ninth Ave, New York City, New York
