Introduction

Teaching in about 15 years. First posting in Terengganu for 5 years. Very weird

going to this state. It looks really difference compare to my state. I know this is a job

that I should to learn more.

Cultural shock

Although this is not my ambition but I try my best to follow this new carrier. Every

thing is new for me here. Foods, friends, surroundings, facilities and commitments. Itmakes me shock.

Remove school

The first school I was teaching is a remove school that looks very simple. The life

here is very peaceful. I can feel the peace here. For that, Il l try to make myself

comfort at this remove school. We are lack of facilities here. The buildings are very

old and it looks untidy. The culture is also very different here. The language theyspeak here is very difference but I try to learn it day a day.

Lifestyles

I try my best to set my mind that I should change my lifestyles now. Almost 90

percent of my lifestyles here were changed. No more playful, no more my best

friends beside me and I am away from my hometown and family. So here all things

are new. I try to build up my new territory to make me happy here. Luckily I found it

after a short effort.

Problems

Here are very lacks of facilities. The attitude of the pupils and parents here are very

difference. I still remember while my headmaster called me to get some details from

me. On that time his language is very weird to listen. I cant understand it. I feltshame. Start from there I try to learn their culture and their language especially. After

that, try my best to communicate with them and try to motivate them with my town

styles.

Happy

Although these pupils are really lack of knowledge but I feel happy doing my job. As

a teacher I should change my mind also their mind set to become more intellectuallyin education. Teachers motivation should be strong and must work hard while

teaching in the remove school. It is happy to me.

Conclusion

In education profession here I learn many new things that make me more

experiences in life. A lot of things change my styles here. Especially Ill never forget

teaching in the remove school.

I was teaching in about 15 years. My first posting is in Terengganu for 5

years. Then I was transferred to my country back in Perak. I am teaching in Perak for

ten years until today. My first experience was in Terengganu. This is the state where

I felt very weird when I was first coming here. It looks really difference compare to

my state. But I know this is a job that I should to learn more.

Before I joint in this education career, to be a teacher is not my ambition. For

me I prefer to be a musician. I love to play music than to be a teacher. But my parent

wont let me to do this. They preferred to be a teacher for me. Then I just follow their

opinion. Although this is not my ambition but I try my best to follow this new carrier.

Every thing is new for me. Its really change my style and my culture. Foods, friends,

surroundings, facilities and commitments. It makes me shock! But after a few months

I try to learn to be a good teacher. So I struggle myself to gain any knowledge that

can help me in this profession. I should strong to drain this career in an excellent

peak.

is a remove school in Terengganu. Terengganu is a state that locates in the east ofMalaysia country. My journey took eight hour before arrived to this state. I felt very

tired on that time. This is the first time that I travel so far. This school looks very

simple. It has only two small buildings. A small field and a small canteen. The

buildings look very old and untidy. But the life here is very peaceful. I can feel the

peace here. For that, Ill try to make myself comfort at this remove school. Although

we are lack of facilities here but I try my best to faces it.. The buildings are very old

and it looks untidy. The culture is also very different here. The language they speak

here is very difference but I try to learn it day a day.

Youngster is the best level for human life. Life more cheerful. Future and previous

youngster are difference. Many people will remember their life and want to back to

their youngster.

For those day youngsters were very polite and respecting their parents, siblings and

community. They always cooperate with their parents and community. They feel

respect each others and the older people. But nowadays it is changed. Youngsters

are very rude with their parents and community. They are lack of respect especially

to their parents and older person. They become more selfish and dont know how to

respect each other. Their life is busy with their daily activities. Computers and games

are their main friends compare to the community.

Previous day youngster attitude were very polite and know how to respect other

especially their parents. Parents are easy to control their attitude and their activities.

That time they are very friendly and easy to control. Their cooperative also good.

They can handle and helping people in many ways. We can see this when the

villagers doing the fast or in a wedding season. Youngsters able to help to clear the

task without any order from the adult persons. Compare to nowadays the youngster

is more calculative in helping. They demand for money when doing the tasks or jobs

given. The cooperative is very small in their mind set.

Materials

Youngster on the previous day is not easy to get materials from their parents. This is

because the costs of the things are in higher cost . Compare for todays materials,

youngster are easy to get their materials. Materials like clothes, gadgets, games and

amusement are difficult to find on the previous day. Compare nowadays youngstersare easy to get what they need daily. They can buy all these stuffs easily in shops,

supermarket that near their house. Compare to previous day, youngsters are difficult

to find what they need daily.

Cooperative

Today youngster is very difficult to cooperate themselves in any situation.

Sometimes the youngsters will not to allow their parents when they feel stress to do

the task given. From this sometimes they will demand that they could not do the

tasks. Compare to the previous youngster they more polite and able to do they tasks

given politely.

Conclusion

As a conclusion we can see that youngsters today and previous are really difference.

They are changed because of the modernity happen and the globalisations in the

world. By this they had change their lifestyles.

was at my dads house for his birthday one weekend. That was also his birthday and

memorial weekend too. That means that he will be having a lot of people over to

party. all night. He lives on a lake so when he has parties all his friends bring over

there jet skies and boats, but I couldnt drive them cause I was too little. It was still

fun getting rides on them though. My dad also had a huge pull-barn. It was about as

big as the cafeteria. Thats where everyone usually hangs out but not a lot of people

were in there today. They were all out on the lake, playing volleyball, and sitting by

the fire.

Stress defined as an unpleasant emotion. It depressions by a teacher. Usually

accompanied by potentially pathogenic, physiological and biochemical. Therefore, it

is essential for both pre-service teachers and those already in the profession.

Large class size

The most effective classrooms are those in which teachers can communicate

and cope with each of the student. The task becomes difficult with the increase in

size of the class. Hence, the teacher feel less involved and less effective in

classroom.

Inadequate salaries

One of the factors that face by many teachers. Most of the teachers complain

of their low salaries. Parents and society give a high expectation and invest them

with an enormous degree of responsibility. In response to such statement, the

teachers ask for their financial rewards.

Societal factors

Teachers welcome parental environment in schools. Unsupportive parents

come under two major varieties which are not involved and too involved. Parents

whom not involved are those parents who are not available.

Involuntary Transfer

Many of them were involuntary transfer because of politician affects. This will

make them pressure. Some of them sometimes did not know what is their problem

causing of their transfer. Many teachers are stress cause of this. Sometimes they are

not applying to transfer but the education ministry transfer them without any notice.

Workload

Nowadays teachers not only doing their main business but they must do more

than that. Their main business becomes a side work. They are only doing the task

that not related to their main business. Everyday they are facing to fill in and

completing the form, surfing the internet to get the new information from the ministry

and from other directors.

Conclusion

Teachers today are very heart working and not hardworking. They are forcing

to do the illegal task that not related to their core business. This paradigm should be

change if we want to see our generation become more effective.

demand placed upon them such as anger or depression by a teacher usually

resulting from aspects of the teachers job. Therefore, it is essential for both pre -

service teachers and those already in the profession to identify the causes of stress.

Generally, the most effective classrooms are those in which teachers can

communicate and cope with each of the student to meet their needs, thus require fullattention of the students. The task becomes difficult with the increase in size of the

class because large class size provides fewer opportunities to interact individually

with each student. Hence, the teacher feels less involved and less effective.

Averagely this is happen at the remove school where the buildings are not enough to

cover the pupils.

our country.

Generally, the teacher welcomes parental environment in schools but majority

of the parents are not supportive to teachers. Unsupportive parents come under two

major varieties which are not involved and too involved. Parents whom not involved

are those parents who are not available, incapable or uninterested in their

commitment. But some of them are very too involved. This will make teachers more

stress because they are too involved in teachers work. This will make teachers

uncomfortable to do their work especially teaching in the classroom.

The other factor why among the teachers stress in their profession is
