senior subject selection Evening

During this term Year 10 students will be choosing their pattern of study for the Higher School Certificate. The Senior Elective Evening will be held in the College Hall on Tuesday 15 August at 7pm. All parents of Year 10 are urged to attend and I encourage them to discuss elective choices with their daughters.

In coming weeks students will have a number of sessions explaining the requirements of the HSC and the various options available. Students from Year 11 will also be speaking about their courses during lunch times to give Year 10 their perspectives regarding the courses on offer.

When selecting subjects, it is important for your daughters to consider those that reflect their ability, interest and motivation. If there are any queries regarding subject selection please don’t hesitate to contact me at the College.

Year 7-10 Parent Teacher Meetings

The A – K Parent/teacher interview session will be held next Wednesday evening 26 July 3.45-6.00pm in the College Hall. It is wonderful to see that many parents have booked their interviews using the online portal. The L – Z Parent/teacher session will be held on Tuesday of Week 3, 1 August. If you experience any difficulties with your bookings please contact the office.

With best wishes for the week ahead,
