Program Description Business administrators shape and steer a firm’s strategic plans based on a complex analysis of the business environment. These administrators must have an understanding of finance, account-ing, marketing, operations and management. The business administration diploma program will prepare graduates for this career by providing them with training in finance and accounting, as well as by exposing them to human resource management, effective communication, and the legal and ethical issues pertaining to conducting business. However, the new diploma program

will benefit students by focusing on current concepts, methodologies, and practices that have immediate applications in the workplace. Employers in the industry will also benefit by being able to hire highly qualified, technically competent personnel.
