ABOUT THE WMGAThe WMGA (Women’s Municipal Golf Association) located in Madison, Wis., is composed of two Tuesday morning leagues: 9-holes and 18-holes. Both leagues alternate weekly between two city golf courses during the season. The 9-hole league plays at Monona Golf Course and Yahara Hills Golf Course. The 18-hole league plays at the Odana Hills Golf Course and Yahara Hills Golf Course.

The league contracts with the City of Madison recreation department for tee times and plays weekly through the months of May-August.

Any woman 18 and older is eligible to join. The goal of the WMGA is to enrich its members’ golf experiences while learning and enjoying the life-time game of golf, and having fun making lasting friendships along the way.

THE COURSESYahara Hills Golf Course opened in 1967. Conveniently located 1/2 mile east of I-90 (exit 142B), this 36-hole regulation course is spread over 400 acres of rolling hillside. It is Madison’s largest facility with two 18-hole championship courses and has hosted various national and state tournaments. Both 18-hole courses feature large bunkered greens, well-placed hazards and beautiful water features. Odana Hills Golf Course is a popular west side 18-hole regulation golf course that will test golfers of all abilities and levels. The par-72 course is one of the most popular in the state and hosts several city tournaments each year. The scenic landscape and convenient location off of the Beltline Highway challenges golfers from throughout the Midwest. The expansive clubhouse offers a lounge, locker rooms, pro shop and great food service. A large putting green and driving range compliment the facility. 4635 Odana Road, Madison, WI 53711

Monona Golf Course, a 9-hole regulation course, is lo-cated on Madison’s eastside. The par-36 course features well bunkered fairways and greens. It also has an excel-lent driving range with all natural grass tees. Monona offers a fully equipped clubhouse.111 East Dean Avenue, Madison, WI 53716
