The student ePortal

All ExP students have access to their own password protected portal. Unlike certain other training providers’ portals, the ExP portal is fully compatible with all smart phones, tablets and computers.

The student portal is the hub of the students activities. E-learning students will have access to class leading video lectures which provides the benefits of classroom courses flexibility of viewing on demand.

The key steps within our seven steps to exam success programme are:

1. Learning lectures – as the name suggests, the tutor on the learning phase will focus on the key topics within the syllabus which have to be learnt. Our tutors are experts at demystifying the complex subjects that can be found within the professional qualifications.

2. Test your Understanding – after each learning lecture a selection of multimedia style quizzes are shown. These act as a learning reinforcement exercise for the students and help ensure the knowledge at the learning phase is retained.

3. Energiser – the Energiser stage of the programme links the learning stage with the practice stage stop it “energises” the student and moves the focus of the programme from learning to getting through the exam.

4. Practice lectures – here the focus is on practising questions using exam standard questions. The techniques needed to ensure success in the final exams are explained in detail and numerous questions are set up and debriefed.

5. Test Your Understanding – this is a learning reinforcement exercise for the areas covered on the practice phase. This helps ensure that the techniques to pass the exam are retained.

6. Exam simulation – an exam standard simulation exam is attempted by the student. Full marking and individual personalised feedback is provided to the student.

7. Webinar – in the final run-up to the real exam the student is provided with a webinar where last-minute tips and tricks are provided.
