Since 1986 AST President Scott Taylor has been the lead environmental investigator on numerous agricultural and undeveloped properties, as well as commercial facilities from gasoline service stations to large-scale heavy industry facilities, including
assessment, remediation, post remediation monitoring and regulatory agency closeout. He has been involved in all aspects of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Indoor Air Quality and Haz Mat Assessments, Contamination Assessment and
Remedial Action Planning and implementation, including soil boring and monitoring well installation and development, multi-parameter soil, groundwater and surface water sampling, interpretation of analytical data, technical report preparation,
subcontractor oversight, and all phases of project management. Mr. Taylor has been the lead biological/ecological investigator on numerous sites in the USA and abroad including terrestrial, marine and freshwater aquatic habitats.
