The 5th Intermedaite Survey carried out on the above-mentioned vessel at TEPEM Shipyard Bulgaria from 06th August 2021 until 18th August 2021 with Classification Society the Korean Register and Surveyor, Mr Skavaras P.

DEFINITION OF TERMS USED IN THIS REPORT A) Hull Structure

□ Good: Unimpaired condition without significant wear or deviation from original strength and operation efficiency. No maintenance or repair required.

□ Satisfactory: Condition with wear and tear and other deficiencies of a minor nature not requiring correction or repair.

□ Reasonable Condition with wear and tear and other deficiencies of a nature which is considered acceptable but, correction and/or repairs may be required after a close-up survey.

□ Unsatisfactory: Condition in which the adequacy of strength and/or operation efficiency is marginally below acceptable limits or is in doubt, requiring correction or repair.

□ Poor: Condition of undoubtedly inadequate strength or operational efficiency. Immediate extensive repairs required to reinstate serviceability.

B) Coating □ Good Condition with only spot minor rusting. □ Fair Condition with local breakdown at edges of stiffeners and weld connections and/or

light rusting not more than 25a/o. □ Poor Condition with general breakdown of coating over 25"/o of areas-or hard scale of

150/a or more. C) Description of Rust Level

□ Very Light A surface corrosion at its first stage (psoriasis), which can be easily removed even with wire brush.

□ Light A corrosion between 1-2 mm thick.

□ Moderate A corrosion of maximum 4 mm thick, but free of pitting or apparent steel wastage problems.

□ Heavy A corrosion in excess of 5 mm thick and with apparent signs of steel wastage

problems above 15% of the original steel thickness. -

GENERAL REMARKS 1. All documents attached on this report are accurate copies of the original given by classification society, shipyard and contracted service engineers. 2. Every effort has been made to accurately describe the condition of the vessel and all repairs done, based on the compartments and areas repaired and inspected. 3. The present report is Issued in good faith and without prejudice and represents works and repairs done onboard vessel.

The following were reported from hull survey report covering vessel’s Intermediate Survey.

□ Thickness measurements and close up Survey o Internal examination and close-up survey were carried out as per ISH5

requirements with satisfactory results. □ Hull repairs during the ISH5.

o No6 WBT stbd bottom shell and Fore peak tank bulbous bow area side shell plate.

--- CONDITION REPORT ---

HULL The external hull was found in very good condition, after thickness measurement of all compartments and areas of vessel according to rules, thickness of vessels structure found almost as original. There were no structural damages except on Sludge tank in Engine room where a small hole located under the sounding pipe and also in Stbd anchor hawse pipe where a small intend at the end of the hawse pipe repaired by cropping and welding, indentation due to anchor’s contact.

Vessels antifouling seems to be still effective, zinc anodes found in good condition and 24pcs of anodes replaced on hull and in sea chests as they were missing or depleted.

Hull sandblasted and painted according to paint scheme and attending paint supplier supervisor recommendations. (Photos attached)

DECK & DECK PIPELINE, HATCH COVERS

On deck area container foundations added on deck and hatch covers as per drawings and new stowage / loading manual. Cargo hatch no1 and no2 hinges plates replaced steel plate and rewelded affected steel supports.

Bunker, Lo and fresh water manifold found in good condition.

All vent heads on deck opened and checked, 8 pcs of vents replaced with new. Rollers and hinges of hatch covers were maintained hydro blasted and greased.

New containers plugs installed on deck for 42 receptacle positions. New cables approx. 600 mtrs Installed in order to connect newly installed plugs. Cables installed through port and stbd passages ways. Openings was gauged on deck plate and appropriate cable steel glands installed and insulated with special insulating and fire prevention material.

Part of drain channel in No2 aft hatch cover renewed as it was found damaged probably by grabs.

ANCHOR / WINDLASS / MOORING EQUIPMENT / BOW THRUSTER

Equipment maintained fully during dd, Steel brake bands sandblasted, and brake lining contact area chipped and maintained, brake bands replaced with new. Operational test carried out in the satisfaction of the attending surveyors.

Anchors were weighted and anchors chains replaced fully all lengths stbd and port side.

New mooring ropes were supplied onboard.

Bow thruster electric motor health checked by attending service engineers and bow thruster compartment and machinery were inspected from class and attending superintendent.

LIFTING GEAR

Provision/ Gangway/Rescue boat/Life raft: Motor overhauled, wire replaced and Nitrogen bottle maintained and filled.

DAMASK SHIPPING MANAGEMENT 6 SAFETY & FIRE FIGHTING APPLIANCES

All FFA equipment were found in good condition and tested along with attending class surveyor.

LIFESAVING EQUIPMENT

Free fall lifeboat and rescue boat annual survey and tests completed by authorized technician on the presence of class surveyor. All electrical wiring replaced with new along with pressure sensor and limit switches.

Life buoys, life jackets and immersion suits found in good condition with all certificates valid.

BRIDGE, NAVIGATION & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

All navigation and communication equipment found in good condition.

Maker authorized technician attended and check all navigation equipment which were found in order in the satisfaction of the attending class surveyor.

PA system was malfunctioning and service engineers check system and replaced the microphone and some signal cable and system restored.

Two new ECDIS installed on bridge by makers engineers in order to approve electronic charts for the navigation of the vessel. Now vessel is fully certified for navigation only with Electronic charts.

New speed log sensor and complete system replacement taken place during drydock. New cables installed and new unit monitor in bridge. A new base for the sensor installed on the hull 300mm behind on the CL from the old sensor. Class check and approved installation and performance test contacted successfully.

Maintenance done to all navigational lights and their bases where many replaced in order to avoid problems and electrical grounding alarms with navigation lights.

CARGO SYSTEM FITTINGS & EQUIPMENT

Cargo hold were fully painted, rubbers were replaced at hatch covers were needed, and chock test and hydro test contacted to all hatches on the presence of attending surveyor and good sealing of all hatches confirmed.

Bilges of cargo holds checked and aft bilges found partly clogged and suction of water was not so fast from the ballast pump so were given to shipyard for repairs. Partly replaced piping in port aft bilge suction and also a small piece of stbd aft bilge piping. Dangerous cargo bilge piping also pressure tested and 2mtrs of pipe was replaced as a precaution due to thickness.

Bilge suction alarm system (water ingress system) was checked by electrical engineer and alarms of all bilges tested and good condition verified.

Inside cargo holds container foundation holes which were covered from cement where opened and cement removed. Good condition of all foundation verified.

Cargo holds hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic system found in good working condition without any leakages or problems in operation of hatch covers.

BALLAST SYSTEM, TANKS

All ballast tanks close up survey completed by surveyors and utm technician, side shells and internal structures found in excellent condition minor cracks on two web plates found internally in tanks and were repaired from fitters.

Hard coating of all ballast tanks found in fair condition with some detachments and rusty areas.

Shipyard personnel employed in order to maintain ballast tanks. Chipping and hammering was contacted in side and double bottom tanks. Upon completion application of special epoxy paint for ballast tanks applied. Still condition of tank consider very good.

After completion of repairs and replacement of vent head pressure test was done to all ballast tanks under the presence of class surveyors and upon completion of pressure test, suction and good performance of ballast pump and piping checked and confirmed.

Both chain lockers internally washed and painted. All manholes opened and all rubber gaskets replaced with new. In six areas in Cargo holds bulkheads indents from grabs found and consider imperative to replace the steel plates on those areas.

VALVE REMOTE CONTROL

Valve remote system checked during tests of ballast system and found fully operational.

Vessel’s heeling system checked and one sensor found in need of replacement.

Rest of heeling system restored in full operational condition.

FUEL, DIESEL AND SPECIAL TANKS

No6 port and stbd fuel tanks were empty and cleaned due to hot work performed at bilge suction wells and suctions piping.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation cleaned, Engine casing and funnel cleaned and painted. Front of accommodation Rails and bulwarks painted and company signal refreshed in funnel.

MAIN ENGINE

Main engine bpoth turbochargers removed from engine and send to external workshop to be fully overhauled and replace of bearings.

Main air coolers removed for cleaning and inspection from shipyard. Pressure tested and chemically cleaned.

Alarm system of Main engine test and temperature and pressure transmitters calibrated by service engineer. Viscosity controller checked serviced by service engineers.

All works checked and confirmed by attending class surveyor and credit at CMS.

DIESEL GENERATORS

No works performed on Diesel Generators as overhauling intervals were not reached

HOT WATER BOILER

No works performed in boiler, safety valves and safety trips alarms checked with class surveyor.

EMERGENCY GENERATOR

Emergency generator good operating condition confirmed, for 2 days generator was working and providing power to machinery. Tests of auto start and both starting methods confirmed by surveyor.

PROPELLER / RUDDER

Propeller system checked and confirmed trouble free operation, no leakages observed and lub oil analysis confirmed no water traces in the oil.

Rudder bush after measurements found in limits, rudder blade and bush measured and found within normal limits.

SHAFTING AND STERN TUBE BEARING

Stern tube and shaft checked, measurements of liner taken in presence of attending class surveyors and found in very good condition. Lub oil analysis of stern tube indicate no traces of water in oil and very good operation of system. Stern tube oil fully replaced with new fresh as running hours of oil was unknown.

Rope guard of stern tube seals removed and nets and ropes found inside seal. Carefully remove all ropes and nets and confirm good condition of aft seals by performing leak tests.

STEERING GEAR

Steering gear checked all moving parts and main bearings and found in good condition. Emergency steering gear performed in the presence of Class surveyor.

OIL WATER SEPARATOR

Oil water separator overhauled, cleaned and measuring cell calibrated by makers approved engineer, filters changed, and operational condition checked from attending surveyors.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Sewage treatment system opened, cleaned and checked, in good working condition. Two pipes above sewage treatment replaced as found wasted.

MACHINERY SPACES

Engine room Pipes & Valves: All engine room overboard valves opened and cleaned / checked in spot, all ballast and bilge valves inside engine room overhauled by shipyard and confirm good condition.

LT and Jacket coolers were cleaned by engine room personnel by opening the inlet piping and backflushing the coolers.

VARIOUS AUXILIARY MACHINERY

AMS system checked from makers service engineer and also calibrate all bunker tank level transmitters, all purifiers overhauled by engines crew and motors of purifiers and rest of engine room pumps given to shipyard for replacement of bearings and balancing of rotors.
