DRUG RAID BY SIX WAYS

Youth of Aston scared the local community after a drug raid on the corner of maidstone Road. 7th November 2010, police in-vaded the house of a assumed local drug dealer, Abdul Babur was arrested during midday for alledgely selling marijuana and cocaine to the local youths of aston. Many citizens are fuming over the young man. Abdul Baber aged 23, Paki-stani, also known as “Johnny”, has been involved in usage and selling of drugs for the past 5 years. He has already been con-victed and earlier this week, a middle-aged lady made a com-plaint about the noise distrup-tions coming from that house. Also she made a statement that the smell of canabis was com-ing out of the house. The po-lice invaded this road to inves-tigate what was going on. The door was smacked down by the police at 2pm with several citizens watching this happen.

Ater knocking down the door, the police then surrounded the convict and made an entrance to the canabis room. The po-lice then stated that there were two other men in the house with canabis all over the table as they were just smoking and watching television. Several eye witnesses claim to have seen these two guys coming in and out of the house sev-eral times. The young man was questioned about where the drugs came from and who was the suppliers. He also was asked who where the two guys that were in his house at the time. he claimed to have said ‘there were just two local cus-tomers that I know’. The lo-cals were shocked with what these drug dealers done to the community and the youths of Aston as they influence young people to taking drugs. A lo-cal youth claimed to buying drug from the local dealer.

Aston X1 won 3-4 to Alum Rock FC which left them 3rd in the table. Alum Rock took the lead after the first 10 minutes with a wonder strike from the foward. It took the away team 20 minutes to create an opening which was saved by the home keeper. This allowed the home team to go on and score two more before the half. Second half started brightly as the away team pushed but coudn’t find the break through until the last 15 minutes of the game. The away team then boosted the performance and got another one back after a counter attack from the right side of the pitch which was crossed in and headed in. The game grew tensed as there was only 5 minutes left and the away team got another one back from a corner. With 2 minutes left a wonder the game got more tensed and exciting. A ball was played through the middle of pitch which led to Anwer Ali (right winger) slotting the ball pass the keeper.

His mates were re-leased later that day after claiming they were just relaxing in the house and not doing anything. He claims to be living alone as his parents live a few blocks away from him. His parents were then questioned about Ab-dul and said ‘we didnt know anything about it’. A few years ago, Abdul aged 18 was accused tobe selling drugs but did not have any kind of

His court case will be held at the top magistrate court. His parents also claimed that they are really ashamed with him as he is the eld-est son and meant to be the most responsible one, showing a good example to the youngers. Several citizens have said that they are happy to find out that he will be sentenced and the community is more drug free. The two other guys have only been sen-tenced for usage of drugs and not actually selling it.
