ASTRA Process Changes



ASTRA should be used for all trust deed cases registered under 2008 Regulations.

All trust deeds registered before 01 April 2008 that are still outstanding will continue to be processed clerically by AiB



Form 4

1. Realisation of Assets:– Splits into Moveable Assets and Heritable Assets

2. Total Cost of Administration:– Splits into Trustee’s Remuneration and Outlays

3. Debt Due to Creditors:– Splits into preferred, ordinary and postponed

creditors

4. Dividend Paid to Creditors:– Splits into preferred and ordinary creditors

1. Realisation of Assets:– Splits into Moveable Assets and Heritable Assets

2. Before migration, AiB dictated the date of the registration of the debtor’s discharge (via MIDAS). In ASTRA, the date is automatically applied on acceptance.

1. Now needs to be completed on ASTRA in all cases

2. Changes to the process similar to that of Form 4– Splits Realisation of Assets– Splits Fees and Outlays– Splits Creditors debt due and dividend paid
