Toensuresatisfactoryoperation,incaseuseataPCthenitshouldusethemonitoronlywithcomputerswhichhaveappropriateconfiguredreceptaclesmarkedbetween100-240VAC.
Ifyouencountertechnicalproblemswiththemonitor,contactaqualifiedservicetechnicianoryourretailer.
Thewallsocketshallbeinstalledneartheequipmentandshallbeeasilyaccessible.
vCare & Cleaning Beforeyouliftorrepositionyourmonitor,itisbettertodisconnectthe
cablesandpowercord.Followthecorrectliftingtechniqueswhenpositioningthemonitor.Whenliftingorcarryingthemonitor,grasptheedgesofthemonitor.Donotliftthedisplaybythestandorthecord.
Cleaning.Turnyourmonitoroffandunplugthepowercord.Cleanthemonitorsurfacewithalint-free,non-abrasivecloth.Stubbornstainsmayberemovedwithaclothdampenedwithmildcleaner.
Avoidusingacleanercontainingalcoholoracetone.UseacleanerintendedforusewiththeLED.Neverspraycleanerdirectlyonthescreen,asitmaydripinsidethemonitorandcauseanelectricshock.
The following symptoms are normal with the monitor: Thescreenmayflickerduringtheinitialuseduetothenatureofthe
fluorescentlight.TurnoffthePowerSwitchandturnitonagaintomakesurethattheflickerdisappears.
Youmayfindslightlyunevenbrightnessonthescreendependingonthedesktoppatternyouuse.
Whenthesameimageisdisplayedforhours,anafterimageofthepreviousscreenmayremainafterswitchingtheimage.ThescreenwillrecoverslowlyoryoucanturnoffthePowerSwitchforhours.
Whenthescreenbecomesblackorflashes,orcannotworkanymore,contactyourdealerorservicecentertofixit.Donotrepairthescreenbyyourself!

1. Humansensor Humansensorwilldetectuserspresenceinfrontofthemonitorscreen.
Itwillautomaticallyswitchthemonitorintopowersavingmodewhenitdoesnotdetectanyoneinfrontofthemonitorwithinthe50cmto70cmeffectiverangeforlongerthan60seconds.Whentheusercomesback,thepowerresumesautomaticallywhenitdetectstheuserspresence.ThedefaultsettingofHumansensorisMedium.Usercanadjustthesensitivitybasedonhis/herphysiqueortheenvironment.UsercouldalsoswitchoffHumansensorfunction.

Todetachthearm/stand:
1. Disconnectpowerandsignalcables.Carefullyputthefrontofthemonitorfacedownonacleantable.
2. Useascrewdrivertoremovethefourscrewsonthearm(Figure1),andthendetachthearm/standfromthemonitor(Figure2).
Werecommendthatyoucoverthetablesurfacewithsoftclothtopreventdamagetothemonitor.
Holdthestandofthemonitorwhileremovingthescrews.
