We will help you organise your wedding day with the minimum offuss and maximum enjoyment - from the early booking ofphotographers, musicians and florists to organising menus, toastsand even family members.

Civil Ceremonies

Our Wedding Suites have been approved by the Local Authorityas being suitable for the staging of Wedding Ceremonies and CivilPartnerships as well as re-affirmation and Naming Ceremonies.

There is a charge of £150 to hold a civil ceremony at The MercureWoodhey House Hotel, Chester North. Registrars fees are notIncluded within the civil ceremony charge. Civil ceremony chargedwill be waived for weddings on a Friday and Sunday.

A day and time can be reserved at the Office. You can also servenotice at the same time. If there is less than 90 days to yourwedding date and you reside in our district.

Forthe Bride and Groom, we can offer a complimentary room,depending on which of our packages you choose.

Booking Conditions

A minimum deposit of £300 is requiredwithin 14 days of a provisional booking beingmade. A further deposit of 25% of theestimated wedding value is due 12 monthsbefore, or immediately if this date hasalready passed.

Final payment is required one month prior tothe wedding date. All payments are nonrefundable and non transferable. Please seeseparate insert which is enclosed with thisbrochure pack for our full Terms andConditions.
