WEDDING MENUSFor your wedding banquet at Sunset Beach Club, you can choose from a selection of four course menus, or two styles of buffet: carvery or bbq.
For your four course menu, please select one dish from each of the four sections below:- Starters, Soups or Sorbet, Main Courses and Cake or Dessert. Menu price is based on the main course. Our sample Complete Wedding Packages on the back page are based on the 58€ fish or meat option.
All menus include local draft beer, soft drinks and house wines served during the meal. Our house wines are Legado Muñoz White and Red from Tierra de Castilla, various upgrade options are available upon request.

OPTION B – CASH BAR: With this option every guest will pay for their own drinks, you may also run a tab to a certain pre-paid amount.

OASIS RESTAURANT AND TERRACELocated on the first floor, the Oasis Restaurant and terrace is ideal for small wedding parties who are happy to share their celebrations with the other hotel guests or for private hire to larger groups. Date restrictions may apply. Exclusive Use: 150-250 adult guests. Capacity: 250 persons.Bar available until midnight.
MOONLIGHT BARTraditionally the hotel’s cabaret theatre, the Moonlight Bar is also available for private hire. Complete with stage, sound system and its own exterior entrance, this venue is perfect for larger groups looking to party late into the night. Minimum for wedding banquet: 150 adult guests.Minimum for after party (from 00:30hrs): 120 adult guests.Capacity: 200 persons. Bar available until 5am.
LUNA BEACH CLUBLuna Beach Club opens seasonally and is located in a prime position on the beach, just 500m from Sunset Beach Club. Our standard wedding packages are not available at Luna Beach Club. Please see our Buffet selection for catering option. Music volume limited.Capacity: 150 persons.Conditions vary according to date. From May to September available for limited number of:-• Non-exclusive weddings (01/05-14/06 & 16/09-
30/09) of max 50 pax with a minimum banquet spend of 6.000€. Bar available until 1am.
• Exclusive weddings (15/06-15/09). Minimum banquet spend 10.000€. Capacity 150 persons. Bar available until 3am.

MENU NOTESPlease note the following:• For the four course menu, please choose one option for starters, one option for soup, one option of Main
Course, and one option for dessert or cake.• Some items from the four course menu can be omitted and the package price can be adjusted
accordingly; for example if you would like to omit a soup or dessert course the package price would decrease by 1.50€ per person.
• If you wish to offer your guests a choice of courses on the day there is a maximum of 2 choices per course and this carries a 5.00€ supplement per person and per course.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements well in advance. • Extra vegetables and potatoes will be served with your main course. • Sample Complete Wedding Packages include 58€ main courses.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: The hotel requires a deposit of 700€. A separate deposit of 300€ is required by the Wedding Planner. Other supplier deposits may also apply.
GUEST NUMBERS: Number of guests to be confirmed 14 days before the event. The client will be charged according to this number. In case actual number of guests exceed this number, the client would be charged for any additional guests who attended the event.
MENU SELECTION: Food and beverage items must be confirmed no later than 1 calendar month prior to the event. Requests for changes to the menu after this time cannot be guaranteed. This includes the flavour of the wedding cake.
MENUS & TABLE PLANSThese are printed 7 days before the event, so any amendments after that time are not guaranteed to be shown.
COLOUR REQUESTS: Colour of ribbons and flowers must be confirmed no later than 1 calendar month prior to the event. In the event that the colour has not been confirmed the default colour is gold ribbons and white flowers.
PAYMENT: Once guest numbers and menu selection has been made, the client will be sent an invoice for final payment, which will be due 14 days before the event.
EXTRAS: Any hotel services, beverages or food items which may be consumed during the event and which have not been pre-paid, will be invoiced prior to departure at our regular and listed public prices.
HOURS: Clients should note that live entertainment/music are allowed until the following times:-Outdoor areas – 12:00 a.m. (Spanish Law)Sala Málaga – 02:00 am.Moonlight Bar – 05:00 am.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES will apply as follows:-Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the event – full deposit7 to 14 days – full deposit plus €1000 fees0 to 7 days – full amount of wedding
WEDDING PACKAGE CONDITIONSPRE-WEDDING VISITS
ACOMMODATIONOnce the deposit is paid in full, the bride and groom will be eligible to 2 nights complimentary accommodation at Sunset Beach Club between 1st November to 31st January (flights not included). Subject to availability. This is to be organized directly with the hotel’s wedding office by email to [email protected]. Inspection Visits can be arranged between 1st Feb to 30th April at current room rates -10% discount. Minimum stays may apply.
TASTER MEALComplementary taster meal is available for two persons (bride & groom), when a Complete Wedding Package is booked. Advance booking is required. A maximum of 2 dishes can be tried for each course. Additional diners may join at 30€pp (max.4). Limited space. Advance booking required. Lunch 13:00 hrs / Dinner 18:30 hrs.
ACCOMMODATION DISCOUNTSTo avail of the discount on guest accommodation a minimum booking is required of 10 rooms direct with the hotel using the promotional code supplied. Our standard minimum stay conditions apply according to the season and are subject to change. Check availability online for current rates and minimum stays.
